Never again.
Pros:

I was happy when I left.

Cons:

Towels were dirty, beds are uncomfortable, staff was in helpful, false advertisement on the gym and continental breakfast, tv didn’t work, smelled like moist cardboard, floors were always wet.

In all it was alright
Pros:

Very clean staff was wonderful and smelled good

Cons:

No elevator . Beds are very uncomfortable and when I got a room key a man was in my room already lol crazy

The Location

Cons:

My Room was not cleaned. We found trash in multiple areas of the room which made the room feel like it was not cleaned properly. I asked to speak to the manager, but they said he was out for 2 weeks. I was wanting some kind of compensation. We were there for a softball tournament & everywhere else was sold out. The hotel also did not have another room to move us.

Viajamos de monterrey y teníamos pe saldo pagar con tarjeta para no llevar efectivo en carretera y no nos aceptaron las tarjetas de nuestros bancos HSBC y BBVA que porque los plásticos no tenían nuestros datos le explicamos que en México por seguridad asi vienen ahora y le mostramos las demás tarjetas y nos hizo pagar en efectivo que fuéramos a algun cajero despues de un viaje de 12 horas ya era tarde y estábamos cansados me parece de muy mal gusto que en un hotel cercas de zona turística no tenga el conocimiento y apertura para a estar estos pagos. Adicional las toallas de ha italiano sucias y usadas; el teléfono no funcionaba y nada de desayuno solo cafe
