Great value for money
Pros:

I liked the staff very much. They were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and very clean. Nice rooftop deck and a patio on the ground floor. A nice drink bar. The area is very quiet, with nice restaurants and a short walk to Vatican and Spanish Steps. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

I wish they had an iron. I am used to iron my clothes after I take them out of the suitcase.
I wish the breakfast ended later than 9:30am, for those of us who love long evening walks in Rome and want to sleep in.

A Little Gem, Professional and Friendly Staff

PÉSIMO SERVICIO

La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena, a distancia andando del Vaticano y otros puntos turísticos. También estaba todo limpio. No le doy un 1 por esto.

Cons:

ATENCIÓN: Nuestro check in era después de las 12 y al reservar nos dijeron que había que pagar 50€ por ser tarde (un hotel sin recepción 24h? bastante mal). Cuando decidimos cancelar nos dijeron que también podíamos hacer self check in gratuitamente. Dijimos que vale, pedimos datos de check in y nos dijeron que el día de llegada nos los mandarían. No lo hicieron y, al aterrizar, tuvimos que llamar por teléfono, respondió una persona dormida diciendo que era muy tarde y ya nadie podía abrirnos, que fuésemos al día siguiente. Nos negamos y tras insistir, conseguimos que nos abriesen la puerta en pijama y de mala manera. MUY mal comienzo. Por si no fuera suficiente, al día siguiente al hacer el check out, nos volvieron a pedir 50€ gritando las dos mujeres de recepción, diciendo que era obligatorio y no me dejaban hablar para decirles que leyesen la conversación en la que me decían que no tenía coste. Finalmente conseguí que leyesen la conversación y se callaron al momento. Patético. La peor atención al cliente que he tenido en mi vida. No vale la pena el hotel como para pasar por todo esto. Y la cama está dura.

Pros:

Amazing staff room was spacious bed was comfy and breakfast was excellent overall a very enjoyable stay definitely come back

Parfait pour un long week-end
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était vraiment idéal : le métro se trouve à quelques minutes seulement et la plupart des monuments, ainsi que les points d’intérêt que nous souhaitions visiter étaient facilement accessibles à pied. Un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement de la ville !
Le petit déjeuner était également une très bonne surprise avec un choix varié et de quoi satisfaire tout le monde.

Cons:

L’hôtel est resté assez authentique et dans son jus, ce qui est finalement cohérent avec son tarif. Les prestations restent simples, avec le strict nécessaire pour un séjour où l’on vient principalement dormir. Cela ne nous a toutefois pas dérangés puisque nous passions la majeure partie de nos journées à l’extérieur.

Sin aire acondicionado dos de cinco días de estancia. Habitación pequeña. Al comunicar que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, dos días esperando al técnico, sin compensación por no cumplir con las condiciones de alojamiento. Y encima, el último día, nos cobran dos veces los cafés de máquina en el check-out. No tienen recepción 24 horas.
