it was almost impossible to find something wrong with hotel, I loved everything about the hotel, very welcoming, clean and very caring staff they give their 120%, I paid for a cola for 40 riyal and when I cancelled the cola they made sure it would get refunded asap, too good to be true.

Cons:

I loved the hotel 99%, the 1% would be the buffet, it is really good but they would be better if they had more variety in the food options

Perfect relaxation coupled to excellent food and luxurious surroundings.

Everything about the St Regis was a beautiful breeze. From the moment I got out of the car the hotel is luxurious and welcoming. Everything you wish is at hand and delivered with a smile and genuine warmth.

اقامتي كانت 5 ليالي كل شي فوق الرائع خدمات جداً ممتازه الجميع متعاون ولكن في ملاحظه ارجو النظر فيها

الملاحظه يرجى الاهتمام في رائحه فرش النوم و يرجى تغير فرشه السرير ( ماترس ) لانها جداً غير مريحه ومستهلكه وخصوصاً اللي معاه والديه بالسفره ماراح يرتاحون بالنوم
