The St. Regis Doha

Everything at Astor Restaurant was exceptional. The service was incredible, especially Anoop and Greg, who really went the extra mile to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The food was also 10/10 – every dish was delicious and beautifully prepared by Chef Ayman. A great experience overall and we would definitely come back. We opted for the business lunch package which was only 120QR for 3 courses, excellent value!

Anoop took care of us with ease and was attentive and kind in his approach and service. Anoop was highly professional and the service was impeccable. Greg served us our drinks which were always on time. The food was swift and well crafted with chef Ayman and the business lunch deal was exactly what we needed on our stay in the St. Regis.

We visited the Asateer Tent for Iftar during, as always, it was an exceptional experience. Every year we make it a point to come here and it consistently remains the best Ramadan Iftar tent in Doha in terms of both quality and service.

The food selection is outstanding, with a huge variety of dishes from traditional Ramadan favourites to international cuisine. Everything was beautifully presented and the quality of the food was excellent.

A special shout out to Uthman, our waiter, who tlooked after me and my family throughout the evening. His professionalism and warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.

Superb experience! We had a very relaxing week and were looked after by the staff really well. The pool team: Damith, Dulshan, Hashen, and Keanna were fantastic and couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. When the trouble in the gulf started , we never felt unsafe and the staff carried on working hard through it all. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Our stay at The St. Regis Doha during the lockdowns in March 2026 is something we will never forget, largely because of the extraordinary staff who took such wonderful care of us during a very difficult time.

From the beginning, the team was knowledgeable, calm, and consistently helpful. In a situation that could easily have felt overwhelming, they created a real sense of stability and reassurance through their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. We always felt supported and well looked after.

We would especially like to recognize the concierge, Rence, who was truly outstanding. She was calm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her support and professionalism meant so much to us and made a challenging experience far more manageable.

We were aware before arriving that it is Ramadan in Qatar, and we fully respect that. However, we received no information at check-in about how this would affect our stay. Clear communication would have made a big difference.

At the pool and beach, where water is essential in the heat, we were not allowed to drink openly. Instead, we had to leave the area, go somewhere else to drink, and then return. This felt inconvenient, especially since we had not been informed about it in advance.

There was also drilling work taking place by the pool, again without any prior notice. Unfortunately, this affected the overall atmosphere and relaxation.

The room felt a little less welcoming than expected, with almost no fruit or flowers provided.

That said, I truly want to highlight some wonderful members of the staff who made our stay much better. A special thank you to Kendi Purity from Cabana, Damith from the Pool area, Maget from the main restaurant, and Charlotte from Guest Relations. They were all absolutely fantastic — professional, warm, and very service-minded.

Thanks to them for their kindness and excellent service.

The hotel was beautiful. The room nice and quiet, with a very large comfortable bed.
The food (half board) was great with so much choice. Amazing breakfast.
The pool was huge and never too busy, the poolside staff were so helpful getting sun shades and sunbeds for us.
The service overall was excellent, all the staff could not do enough for you and were so helpful and friendly. A special mention to Kindi at the pool who was so kind (the passion fruit mocktail was delicious), and Mr Maged Nemr Zaki and Ahmed at Vine restaurant who looked after us so well - it was lovely meeting you all.

The atmosphere here at Vine is very pleasant; you immediately feel welcome. The food is very varied,raning from salads and fish dishes to meat and side dishes. The Dessert buffet is a Dream. Mrs Safa is a wonderful Person and enchants is with her great kindness and care.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Astor Grill at the The St. Regis Doha. The food was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked steaks, high-quality ingredients, and a great atmosphere.

A very special thank you to Roy, a incredibly attentive and warm-hearted waiter. He made us feel truly welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout the evening. His kindness and professionalism made our visit even more memorable.

We live in Doha and usually go every weekend with a day pass (400 QAR, 200 QAR of those you can spend in restaurants, snack or drinks) Such a lovely play to go with family. Huge pool, sunbeds area, also a beach. Quiet atmosphere. All the staff are amazing ( pool, restaurants, reception, concierge ...). The quality of the food is awesome, so tasty and very fresh. A special mention to the following people for making our stay soo special ( Paul, Gadafi, Renci and Humoyun from La Cabane food area, Agnes from kids club, Jeaneth from pool)

We had a wonderful experience at the pool at The St. Regis Doha. The facilities are beautiful and perfectly maintained, but what truly made the difference was the exceptional staff.

From the warm and professional reception team to the attentive pool staff, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome.

A very special thank you to the Kids Club team — especially Agnes, Carla, and all the lovely girls — for taking such great care of our daughter and keeping her happily entertained with fun games and activities. Their kindness and dedication allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our time.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and loved the fabulous facilities. The pool/beach was beautiful. We enjoyed lunch at astor grill. Our server Anoop was excellent, the food prepared by chef Monsour was delicious. Definitely will return.

Currently at the St Regis Doha with my 2 year old, all staff have been very attentive and hugely welcoming. Room is spacious and exceptionally clean and the food has been great.
Definitely worth visiting. And thank for making my little girl feel so welcomed.

Wow, where to start? Quite honestly the best hotel I have been to, for a number of reasons:

The service and hospitality is like nothing I've ever experienced before. Every member of staff makes you feel like the most valued guest they have ever hosted. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel like royalty.

The hotel itself is stunning, such beautiful features throughout. It is spotlessly clean and has been built and maintained to the highest standards.

It was Ramadan during our stay, so there were a number of restaurants closed (both at the hotel resort and throughout Doha itself). Despite this, the hotel ensured that there were still food options available through the day. We were on the half board package, which included dinner at Rivaaj, Astor Grill and Sarab Lounge. Each of these restaurants were amazing, with high quality food and service.

I could carry on all day about how amazing our stay was, but I wanted to give a special shout out to staff members Maged, Roula, Damith and Keanna who went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable. No request was too big, and they are a credit to the St Regis. Every staff member was a pleasure to deal with.

We will definitely be back one day!

The St. Regis Doha offers a vibrant yet polished luxury experience. We stayed at Marsa Arabia and came to the St Regis Doha to enjoy the pool, beach and restaurants, all of which were excellent. The beach and pool areas are well-maintained and lively without feeling overwhelming, while the dining options offer great variety and consistently high quality.

The staff across the property were attentive, warm, and extremely professional. The concierge team was particularly helpful, making reservations and arrangements effortless and ensuring our plans ran smoothly.

A special mention to Manan Arora, whose hospitality truly stood out. His attention to detail, calm efficiency, and genuine warmth elevated our experience and made us feel exceptionally well taken care of. Overall, a fantastic stay with strong service, great amenities, and the unmistakable St. Regis standard.
