St. Regis always exceeds expectations.
Pros:

The room design and the facilities were absolutely wonderful. As a lovely birthday surprise, they kindly included breakfast as a complimentary gift. They also prepared a beautiful birthday setup in the room with balloons and two different types of cake, and even sent us fresh juice. Everything was truly amazing, and the attention to detail made my stay very special. Thank you for such a memorable experience.
