Wij zijn midden juni geweest en het was heerlijk rustig. Ideaal dus. Er waren nergens wachtrijen en iedereen kon op zijn gemak genieten van de faciliteiten. Er stond zelfs een groot scherm waarop de WK-wedstrijden werden uitgezonden, wat voor een leuke extra sfeer zorgde.

De animatie was goed en in het algemeen hing er een gezellige, positieve sfeer in het hele resort. In het aquapark waren alle glijbanen geopend en de redders waren vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam.

Ook het personeel verdient een dikke pluim. Iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk en deed zichtbaar zijn best om de gasten een aangenaam verblijf te bezorgen.

Ik woon zelf in Marokko en reis regelmatig met mijn gezin. Op het vlak van service behoort dit zonder twijfel tot de beste hotels waar we in Marokko verbleven hebben. Je merkt echt dat het personeel er alles aan doet om alles vlot en aangenaam te laten verlopen.

Cons:

Hier en daar merk je wel dat het hotel wat ouder is, maar tijdens ons verblijf waren ze volop bezig met verschillende renovatie- en opfrissingswerken. Dat was absoluut niet storend en toont net aan dat ze blijven investeren in het onderhoud van het hotel.

Segunda vez y seguro que volvemos

Es nuestra segunda vez en este hotel y calidad-precio es de lo mejor, la comida de 10, variedad y nada de precocinados y fritanga como en otros buffets. El personal muy atento, para los niños hay un montón de atracciones, mi hijo disfruta mucho y las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. Hacemos mención especial a Guita que nos dejaba la habitación impecable.
