Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Could be better
Pros:

The price is affordable and near to train station.

Cons:

We stayed 4 days and 3 night but our room never been clean and services even once over that period. We even have to ask for a refill of drinking water. The television in the room also didn't function well and we have nothing to watch the whole stay period. The floor was so dusty even on our day 1. The main problem for us is there's always a few homeless man infront of the hotel main door, made us afraid to walk alone around that area.

Bayar untuk menginap tapi air cond tak kuat wlu dah setting paling kuat..sama macam dapat bilik thn lepas juga.. masalah bilik tak berapa sejuk juga..tapi tahun ni tambah lagi satu kecewa.. air slow...air kecil ya amat...lepas tu mandi ank nk mandi pulak air x keluar... tunggu kjp..pastu baru ada air balik..tapi perlahan betul keluarnya🤧

Bilik okey . Katil besar . Selasa cuma indah kabar dari rupa .

Cons:

Kata free parking , kna bayar sehari 10. Saya smpai mlm cek in pkui 10pm . Dah kira sehari . Esok check out pkui 12 kira lagi sehari , total rm20 kna bayar . Tapi pagi tu , ada guard lain sruh ubah kereta , dia cakap bukan milik hotel . Tapi kami dah bayar 😤😤😤
