Я, конечно, не поставила б 10, если б не оценка на букинге. У этого отеля слишком низкая оценка. Мы думали, что все будет ужасно. Но оказалось все нормально. Случайно рано утром приехали в Самсун, ну вот так бывает, ехали в другое место. По дороге бронировали отель в атакуме, чтоб поспать и провести время на пляже, так как ехали всю ночь на автобусе. Случайно нашли этот отель ( в других было либо дорого очень, либо не было мест). В общем, сначала забронировали, потом я прочитала о раннем заезде и позднем выезде. Это супер-удобно оказалось для нас.
Ну и персонал отеля просто замечательный!

Hotel ist wahrscheinlich aus den 80igern,Einrichtung ist total kaputt,beim reingehen sticht ein rauchiger müfeliger schimmliger Geruch in die Nase, Zimmer dreckig, verschimmelt,krankheiten vorprogrammiert, Personal unfähig,überfordert,
Absoluter Reinfall, nicht zu empfehlen.
Wie können sie als Portal diese Hotel empfehlen, keine Sterne wert.NULL positives zu berichten.
Sie haben einen Kunden verloren.

Çok eski ve gece ses çıkarıp uyutmayan klima, kapağı olmayan elbise dolabı, altı çürümüş buzdolabının dolabı, küflü duşakabin ve gıcırdayan yatak. Gece gece üst katlardan çalışanların sohbet ederek iş yapması da cabası. Uykusuz bir gece ve sonrasında 12 saatlik yolculuğumuz vardı. Her şey çok kötüydü. Verilen paraya değmez. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Otele ilk gün giriş yaptığımızda, rezerve ettiğimiz suit oda başkasına verilmişti. Bize “Size bu gece ücretsiz bir oda verelim, böylece bir gün fazla kalabilirsiniz” dediler. Ne saçma! Kim demiş ki bir gün fazla kalabilirim? Zaten asıl sorun bu değil… Verdikleri oda rezaletti: temizlenmemiş, her şey kırık dökük, balkon bile yoktu.

Ertesi gün sözde lüks suite geçtik, ama gördüğüm manzara: kırık küvet, sarı lekeli havlular, kapanmayan dolaplar, eski püskü eşyalar ve balkonda masa yok. İki tane çirkin sandalye koymuşlar, muhtemelen çöpten bulmuşlar.

Personel desen tamamen ilgisizdi. Tek iyi yanı bugün çıkış yapıyor olmam. Hayatımda böyle bir şey görmedim. Bir daha asla gelmem.
