We got there and they had just sprayed for bugs so there were wet areas around the room.
I booked a room for an overnight stay for a funeral I was attending and had to return quickly the next morning. In my rush, I mistakenly left clothes in the closet. I contacted BW immediately and followed their directions for having my items returned to me. I called BW so many times for status of my items and each time they promised to call me back, never did. I had to escalate with their headquarters to finally get my clothes back - over 2 mos later. I do not recommend this place.

Worst experience ever!! I booked my room 1 month in advance today that i come to check in they give me my room key and when i go to the room is really dirty from the previous guest i went back to the reception and told the lady she came with me to see the room and then she said she was going to speak to her manager to see what they could do, she then came back and told me there was no more rooms available that everything was sold out. I showed her my email when i reserved my room to show her that i booked 1 month in advance she still was like they could not do nothing about it

Great rooms
Breakfast was normal, my room that me and my spouse had booked had to get changed due to the bathroom sink drain plug not working. They did transfer us to the room next door with no problem from 206-208 which was way better, si thank you for that. Otherwise pretty good normal stay
I didn't arrive due to stay Reservation I selected 3rd, and 4th, but at time to Registered debit card got selected 1st and 2nd. Called the hotel they Refunded me But, the app.
The room was very clean and quiet. I didn't hear much going on outside in the hallways. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast had a nice variety with warm foods and cold foods.
I would definitely stay here again if I were going to SeaWorld again just for the convenience factor. Not a bad hotel at all over all.
Been here a few times. The staff was friendly. Location is very convenient to Sea World, restaurant, and Walmart/ Costco. Breakfast was always good (need works on the eggs).
The rooms have been renovated but it’s all cosmetic. Some of the outlets and lights don’t work, the tv remote works but not for the same tv.
Our room seems clean till you look around. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt still inside. The mirror was smudge. Some season they use tiny square pillows. The a/c was loud and old with a smell.
Honestly, we wouldn’t stay there if it wasn’t for the location.
The bathroom is in poor condition, with a hole in the wall where the shower head is located. The floor sink is dirty. The sink is clogged or about to be clogged. Blinds are falling apart and don't block all the sunlight. Continental breakfast is dry and unappetizing.

Walls were dirty, floors had hair and were sticky and dirty. Drawers had trash from previous guest. Walls ate thin and the people upstairs walked around all night
1. This hotel is definitely not worth the rate I paid. It should be a much lower rate.
2. The clerk who checked me in acted inconvenienced. He was robotic and never smiled. He did, however, change my room from 3rd floor to first floor like I originally requested in my online reservation which was ignored for some reason.
3. The a/c only cooled the room well at night.
4. The floor was dirty.
5. The fridge door would not shut and seal so I couldn’t use it.
6. The smoke detector in the hallway just outside of my room had a low battery and chirped loudly every 10 seconds. None of the staff seemed concerned. It’s an easy fix.
7. My main complaint is that the cleaning staff stole my little ‘do not disturb’ sign that I made myself. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. I will sometimes have to extend for a day or two, so I made my own little sign and laminated it. It’s very well done with red font and explains the extension and how room service is not needed. It’s in English and Spanish. I attached it to the room door before I left in the morning. When I returned that evening, it was gone. I confronted the desk clerk about it and she didn’t think that the cleaning crew would take it. I explained that I would not back down and would report it as theft. I suggested that if they deny taking it, we can review the security camera footage. Well, the sign miraculously turned up within 30 minutes at the front desk. I was given no explanation as to why it was taken.
Terrible bed. Loud, squeaky & sunken in center. Flat pillows.

The room was dirty. I reported the TV was broken and reported to Jerry. He said he would give us a credit. There was no credit on our receipt.
Spent over an hour to try to check in bc my reservation wasn’t able to be found and reflected on hotels end while Expedia did have my information and confirmed it
