体验感就一般，和国内的五星级酒店根本无法比。
Pros:

员工比较热情，有事有求必应。

Cons:

房间打扫（第二天早上在房间时就敲门要搞卫生，告知下午再来搞，结果直接不搞，房间里水和厕纸都没有，也不管不顾），把客人自己带的洗脸巾和浴巾也给收走了。第四天前台告知还要住一晚，结果续房后水还是没有放，还把一次性拖鞋给处理了。另外员工的办事效率特低，第一天醒来房间里有蜈蚣，等了好久总共打了两次电话才上来，另外要求拿水来也是等了好久。还有第二天晚上回来酒店的WI-FI用不了，前台跑了2趟，告知需要技术解决，结果等到第四天了才弄好。

Pros:

We had a great time with the kids. Polite staff, aqua park, close to the Marmara Sea coast and simple delicious breakfasts. Everything is great)))

Camera de familie excelentă, piscina și jacuzzi, perfecte, platoul cu fructe și sticluța de vin de wellcome, un plus deosebit. Mic dejun foarte variat și gustos.
