Holiday Saipan Hotel

The location was great as it was near Himawari which is a restaurant and a convenience store that sells pretty much everything. The staff was very friendly as well, and the room was very spacious and clean. The only downside I experienced, was that when taking a shower/bath, it takes about 5 minutes for the hot water to kick in, and the water pressure was very weak, and unstable, making it very difficult to shower as well.

オーナーさんがとてもいい人です、簡単な日本語も話してくれますのでチェックインもスムーズです。各フロアに置いてあるウォーターサーバーも良かったです。階段しかないですがオーナーさんが運ぶのを手伝ってくれるので女性ひとり旅でもなんとかなります。

무엇보다 한인 사장님께서 너무나 친절하셨습니다. 체크인 할 때부터 필요한 게 있으면 언제나 이야기 해달라고 웃으며 말씀하셨습니다. 시설은 오래 되었지만 복도 마다 전자레인지와 정수기가 있어서 슈퍼에서 사온 음식들이나 컵라면 등을 해먹기에 좋았습니다. 골프장을 알아봐야 되는 상황에서는 사장님께서 지인을 통해 예약도 잡아주시고 도움을 많이 주셔서 사이판에 있는 동안 내내 감사했습니다. 웬만한 쇼핑몰이나 슈퍼마켓에서 거리가 5분 정도씩 걸리는 아주 좋은 위치에 있었고, 제일 유명한 한식당까지도 3분이면 가는 거리에 있습니다. 위치적으로도 최고의 선택이었습니다. 사장님 잘 지내다 갑니다. 기회되면 다시 뵙겠습니다.

施設は古いが、スタッフの対応は良い。

알수없는 소독약냄새..매트에 머리카락이 있지만 그냥 덮은 시트..이불엔 알수없는자국..결정적..도마맴나옴..주인을 불러도 벨을 눌러도 아무도 도와주는 사람 없음..
공항에서 버티는게 나았을라나 싶은곳..

The location is very convenient, a five minute walk to Joeten grocery store and other Garapan area stores and restaurants. About another 5 minutes to get to the beach! A little run down but overall decent for its price. Free coffee and water for hotel guests... small fridge in room which needs to be turned on in the beginning. WIFI is a bit slow... I think there is a small pool in the vicinity but haven't checked it out. No safe in the room so need to put all

I really liked that there is a massage parlor downstairs on the ground floor. The beds were comfy, a table was provided to do work on a laptop or for 3 people to sit and eat while watching tv. There are chairs outside of the room on the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air. Refrigerator kept drinks really cold and refreshing. What I didnt like was that the room felt absolutley dirty. I had to dust off the beds under the blankets because there were many pieces of dirt and other particles, absolutely disgusting. Its like the room was never cleaned because even the floor was dirty, i had to constantly wash my feet in the shower or use slippers in the room. What was even more unpleasant was the staff. My husband stood outside of the door knocking on the room because i had the key, and a staff saw him in the hallway and told him off negatively until he said he is a guest waiting for me to open the door. The staff was rude and disrespectful. Worst customer service ever. Never again, will we come back to this hotel.
