Pros:

Clean, comfortable and convenient hotel close to train station and Haneda Airport. We arrived late at Haneda and this was a great base for a couple of days in Tokyo. Easy access to central Tokyo as well as attractions such as Enoshima Island.

Pros:

朝早い羽田発便でしたので駅近なのは良かったです。

Cons:

とにかく狭い。それで7,500円ぐらいなら分かるが、30,000円超えだったので、評価を低くさせていただきました。
また空調から薄いですがタバコの匂いが入ってきて気持ち悪かったです。

Pros:

Location is very convenient, only a short walk away from Keikyu-Kamata station for access to (early) trains to the airport. I also found that JR Kamata station was also within easy walking distance if you're not carrying too much luggage. The hotel was very quiet, the room was comfortable, clean and in good condition, and had all the amenities I needed for the night. Staff member at the reception was warm and kind. Overall a very pleasant experience at a decent price, and would happily stay again.

Cons:

The listing says the hotel has a 24h reception desk, but on arrival I was explained that the hotel doors would be locked between 00h00 and 05h30 and no one would be at the desk.
There is an automatic machine by the reception which you can use for self-checkout and to drop the access card, and the doors will open automatically once you complete checkout, so it's not a problem if you wish to leave before 5h30 to get the first morning train to the airport.

ロケーションに尽きると思います。
Pros:

駅からとても近かった。セブンイレブンもすぐそばにあって便利だった。部屋は狭いが、きれいで機能的だった。羽田空港からも近かった。前泊には最適だと思います。

Cons:

朝食が提供されるとなお良かった。
