Extremely misleading description regarding the location. The hotel is located far outside the city.
Cons:

I would like to highlight the following critical issues:

1) Misleading Location & Accessibility: The hotel claims "easy access to the city." This is false. The property is located far outside the city limits. Furthermore, the walk to the nearest bus stop (Line 72) is hazardous; one must walk along a very narrow, unmaintained path overgrown with weeds. This makes the "easy access" claim completely deceptive, especially for guests with luggage or safety concerns.

2) Substandard Facilities (4-star rating discrepancy): The hotel does not meet 4-star standards. Our bathroom is in poor condition, with missing mosaic tiles in the shower area, which is a hygiene and safety issue.

3) Poor Breakfast: The selection was extremely limited and of very poor quality, not reflecting the advertised category of the hotel. There were no vegetables at all, only sweets and some fruits. Vegetarian or vegan options were missing completely, which do not reflect 4 stars as represented on the Booking.com
