Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful and worked through the language barrier to make sure I was looked after.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and they were always helpful during my stay. Thank you to Ms. Ngan and the security team, Mr. Loc, Mr. Minh Em, and Mr. Thanh they were all lovely. I will definitely come back here

Everything is very basic. Fitness room badly needs upgrading . The air condition was too noisy. Also ceiling is very low in the room. I felt suffocated. We can hear noises coming from other rooms . The carpet in the room was absolutely disgusting. Badly needs cleaning . Breakfast was very basic .

Excellent Service at a Great Price – Highly Recommended!

Pros:

For HMC this was a nice stay and close to the airport. The staff was friendly and well prepared. There were no hidden charges. Remember, this is Vietnam in a very busy city in a very busy area. Great breakfast! Excellent restaurant nearby. I’d stay again and the room was quiet.
