The room is very spacious and comfortable, very close to Jr train station.

The Hotel Bellclassic foyer looks very classy, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Checking in went smoothly.
The hotel is located within walking distance of Otsuka station where you can catch the Yamanote line, making it very convenient for getting around.
The room was surprisingly spacious.
However the room did feel a little dated and it showed with various stains in the carpet and curtains.
It was also a little dusty in certain places.
Overall our stay was good but I think the room would benefit from a deep cleaning.

コンビニも近くて歩いて行けれる距離でレストランも歩いて行けれる距離でとてもいいです

Its beside the JY line which is very convenient when going around Tokyo
何度か泊まっていますが今回が一番良かったです。
室内も綺麗で寝やすかったです。
ただ車いす用駐車場が一台分しかないのが残念です。
又正面玄関の入口が段差があり車いすでは不便を感じました。
The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the bathroom was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast the next morning in the hotel restaurant. The staff there were opposite of the staff in the reception. They were reluctant to help and didn't show any motivation at all.
We love the hotel proximity to the station, also the neighborhood is residential however there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The Hotel's is quite roomy for Tokyo and the bed and pillows also very comfortable.
