Excellent location close to Galata Tower, restaurants and public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Istanbul.
The room was a little small, but it was not a major issue for a short stay.

The whole stay was perfect - from when we arrived to the end of it. Our room was very pretty and always clean! Harun, the chef, made wonderful food, everything was so delicious that we enjoyed breakfast every day on the wonderful terrace with a wonderful view. Burcu, the restaurant manager is one of the warmest and most genuine people I have ever met. She is extremely dedicated to her guests and has a beautiful heart. Ziya, the receptionist, extremely careful and calm, who was very helpful and helped us a lot, from finding our way around the hotel and using Istanbulkart to the most important information and details.

Le déjeune pas trop de choix… Pas du tout un déjeuner d’un hotel 5 étoiles… Emplacement de l’hotel pas vraiment au top compliquer pour accéder en taxi et une monté a marcher… Chambre très petite..
Hotel was in a good location, and rooms are nice and well-appointed. Be aware it's on a street which is on a relatively steep hill and is largely inaccessible to vehicles; you'll be walking up or down the hill from the nearby main streets.
There is a Nespresso machine in the room but the hotel provides only one pod per person per day. Would be nice if it was 2 pods per day.

Es nuestra segunda vez en este Hotel y pensamos que la ubicación es perfecta. Con esto la relación Precio/Calidad es muy buena. El desayuno en el rooftop es increíble. El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a dar lo mejor de sí. La habitación es pequeña pero es adecuada por el precio.
En el restaurante tienen una buena máquina para café espresso pero no la usan y en su lugar el café es de máquina automática que no es del todo bueno. Oportunidad de mejora diseñando un lugar adecuado para poder abrir el equipaje.
