La posizione perfetta per visitare la città, le stanze sono molto piccole ma pulite e moderne
Lo scarico del wc gocciolante, hanno provato ad aggiustarlo ma con scarsi risultati
Тесные номера, плохо производят уборку, заправляют только пастель, и меняют полотенца , но не выносят мусор, также не приносят принадлежности зубные щетки , мини зубные пасты и не заменяют использованные ватные ватные диски, ушные палочки и тд. Однообразные завтраки. При всем том, что на booking.com написано что 5* отель. Угловые комнаты прохладные несколько раз просили заменить комнату, в ответ да да мы решим и по итогу ничего не решили. На завтраке смотрят недоброжелательно, как будто кушаем бесплатно. За такую цену я наверно лучше бы уже взяла отель, где есть сауна и бассейн.

Everything was more than great, the staff were so kind and friendly, it will be my destination next time I visit Istanbul.
Norhing bad to say, because we really enjoyed our stay at Azzap. The hotel was generally clean and modern. It is located near Galata Tower, and you have tram and metro station really close. They have really tasty food at their restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, you can tell they are professional. Our room was cleaned daily during our stay. We didn’t have any problem with the noise coming from outside. Would 100% recommend.

La ubicación es excelente en medio de todo y a 1 minuto andando el puente de los pescadores., El desayuno está bien y las vistas mientras desayunas son fenomenales.
La atención es buena y el personal muy agradable.
El funicular, el tranvía está a un minuto andando y el ferry a 5 minutos.
No me gusto que la habitación que hace esquina, es bastante pequeña para dos personas, tanto la habitación como el baño. El espacio es muy reducido, supongo que en otras habitaciones que no sean de esquina, serán más amplias.
Ottima posizione. Zona elegante e tranquilla. Estremamente ben collegata con i principali mezzi di trasporto. Per chi vuole girare la città senza perdere tempo in spostamenti infiniti, è una scelta azzeccatissima. Staff gentile e disponibile. Pulizia ok.
In base al prezzo pagato mi aspettavo di più. La stanza era piccola, il bagno lo stesso, non c'era nemmeno spazio per poggiare un beauty. Alcuni dettagli lasciavano un pò a desiderare. Per la colazione avrei preferito trovare qualcosa in più della tradizione turca ma comunque buona.
Ηταν ένα καθαρό,ήρεμο και άνετο κατάλυμα.Πολύ κοντά στο Γαλατά. Το πρωινό νόστιμο και πλούσιο. Ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει το προσωπικό.
