Pros:

Location of property is fabulous and the staff made it outstanding Berkay and Syia at the front desk were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of choice, staff at breakfast were great cooking eggs your way. Special mention to Burcu she was so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to my friends

Excellent location, exceptional amenities- but the staff are the shining star of the property, especially the young lad

La gentillesse du staff! J’ai été 5 fois à Istanbul je n’ai jamais été dans un hôtel avec un staff aussi gentil! Merci pour leur accueil

Cons:

Tout est bon, peut être quelques améliorations à faire au niveau du petit déjeuner et de l’orientation de la clim au niveau de la chambre

Pros:

The location is great, near to everything! The reception is so welcome specially the Ziya! The breakfast was good, but they can improve it a little bit with more options!

Cons:

Nothing specific, only elevator doesn’t work well, and in my last night the electric was on and off during the night!
