Pros:

clever refurbishment. Clean and fresh rooms. Lots of space and gardens

Cons:

Restaurant was unfortunately closed during our stay. However there was good information for alternative eating solutions.
I found the pillows quite hard.

The hot rap over the basin on unit 10 was almost non usable - so difficult to turn on - ran poorly - difficult to turn off

Was a bit pricey…outdated needs work will not stay there again for that money

Ceiling light flickering all night even when switched off
Basin in bathroom gurgling like it was blocked
Dirty wet flannel in shower from previous people
Gardens need a lot of work
Text message sent to us half hour before we arrived at 3.30 to say check in before 5. When we arrived no one was there and it was locked.

Value for money, good location, excellent motel.
Pros:

Very comfortable, large room, clean, quirky and stocked with everything you needed. The gardens were very good, and location was great for wherever we wanted to visit.

The whole family enjoyed the entire stay and would have no hesitations rebooking in the future.

Fantastic stay.
Pros:

Fantastic stay. Congratulations to these managers who have thought of everything for those lucky to stay. We loved the 60s refurbished room. Everything spotless, with room to move, lots of little extras, including a guest laundry. Will return.
