ゆったり過ごせる丁度いいホテル
Pros:

フロント、ホテルと広くてチェックイン、チェックアウト、エレベーターなど混むこともなく良かった。
部屋からの景色も良かった。ホテル自体は新しくはないけど、綺麗にされてるから快適に過ごせた。
大浴場の岩風呂もにゅるにゅるで肌がすべすべになった気がする！隣の施設のあがんなっせの無料券を頂いたのに行けなかったから、次回は利用したい。
朝食も美味しかった。時間帯によっては多いようだけど、私が行った8時は混むことなくゆっくり食べれた。夕食は外のお店で食べたけど歩いていける場所にはなかなかなく、ホテルの方に聞いたけどやはり少ないとのこと。ホテルの中のレストランも気になった。総合的に良いホテルだった。また、利用したい！

初めての熊本観光の旅で週末2連拍、夫婦でお世話になりました。私達は日中は外出しておりましたので、温泉には1日１回の入浴と朝晩の食事だけしか分かりませんがレストランの方は親切で清潔でした。お値段相当のメニューで見た目も味も普通です。大浴場は朝6時からで、これは残念でした。部屋風呂も温泉という事ですが、私は大浴場で朝風呂したかったです。隣の温泉施設に、チェックアウト後に行きましたが熊本の方は体を洗わずにいきなりザブーンと入浴するのが慣例なんでしょうか？こちらの大浴場も隣の温泉施設も私が見る限り全く洗わずに入って来る方しか見なかったです（関係ないですね、すみません）大衆温泉旅館と思えば問題なしですが、制服組は接客がダメでしたね。チェックアウトの若い男性は全くやる気なし。大浴場の補充に来た40代くらいの女性も気が利かないし、おもてなしの意味も分かっていない様子。サービス業って何でしょうね？
他の温泉旅館が見当たらないので、多分来年も再訪すると思います。

今回家族旅行で利用しました。
部屋は和洋で広くて子供たちが喜んでいました。今回急用で早朝すぐ帰らないといけない状況になり朝食付きにしていましたが食べずに帰えることになり残念でした。熊本の料理を楽しみにしていたので、、でもお風呂はとてもよくリラックスできました。初心者にはサウナは暑すぎてすぐ出ました。
スタッフの方を起こしてしまい申し訳なかったのですが早朝チェックアウトの手続きありがとうございました。

部屋が古く壁も薄いので、隣室の音が煩わしい。清潔面では、テーブルに置いてある各種ファイルの間に女性の長い髪の毛が挟まっていたり、畳に毛髪が落ちていたりと必ずしもきれいとは言えない。また、朝食も安っぽく、客層もよくない。二度と宿泊したくない宿の一つ。

施設は古いですが、隅々まで掃除が行き届き、また古いものを改良を加えて対応されている印象。ホテルの方の対応は親切で、温泉もとても良いです。少々、交通の便が、特に車で無い場合には、少々不便でした。私はバスでお伺いしました。
