I was very impressed with the newest room type, the Suite Room. I really have to try it. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the AC and hot water worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

Harris Hotel and Residences, hone away from home!
Pros:

The manager Putra made our stay the most memorable. What will bring me back here is the warmth of the people and how they went out of their way to make us feel at home. My travel agent had forgotten to pass on my payment and they never made me feel unwelcomed despite. I highly recommend this hotel for holiday or business

Recommended stay in sunset road area!
Pros:

First of all, the first impression didn't meet my expectation! Arrived around 8pm, there are many staff standing in front desk and no one greeting us, and the only one welcoming us is the security man, he really helpfull and sincere services more than the front desk staff! They should learn from this security guard(forget the name, but he is not really taller and always in the lobbywith genuine smile) . Check in process handled, and feel like robotic, no smile nothing and felt like not in bali hospitality! Welcome drink served and after that one of the managers the lady, came and greet us. We stayed in residence room, it's spacious , clean with welcome card, and amenities, Thanks to the Ibu GM 🙏, matur suksma.
Bathroom is the big concern, around 11.30 pm, the toilet faucet not working, and have to call and waiting the maintenance staff to come in the middle of the nite, felt so tired. The second day, the same problem keep happening, plus the toilet roll handle was fallen! and we didnt report to the maintenance, cause we are so tired after a day trip.
Breakfast Ok, with good food variation and good taste.

The rest of the building is good, the location excellent! The only need improvement, staff services and room maintenance unfortunately have to say the room should in "out of order" status, not assigned to the guest that you prepared with a good amenities, with GM's welcome card.

Thank you!

Nightmare Stay! – Filthy, Noisy, and Poorly Managed
Pros:

When I checked in for my 6-night stay, I was told I’d been upgraded to make my stay more comfortable, which I genuinely appreciated at the time. Unfortunately, that was the only positive moment of this entire experience.

The ‘upgraded’ room turned out to be outdated with power sockets that didn’t work, so I asked to see the room I had originally booked. At first glance, it looked better, but on closer inspection it was shocking: a cracked bathroom sink, brown patches on every mirror, and dirty sheets with hair from a previous guest on the pillowcase. There was thick dust, the TV remote was filthy, and the bathroom and shower floors were covered in hair.

When I raised this with reception, housekeeping promised a ‘deep clean,’ but all they did was run a dry flat mop quickly over the bedroom floor - no proper cleaning, no bathroom floors touched, no cleaning products or sanitiser used. I ended up spending over an hour cleaning and sanitising the room myself with my own wipes just to feel comfortable enough to stay.

I had booked a double bed but was instead given twin beds. I had to request for them to be joined, and while the beds were pushed together, they left two single duvets rather than providing a proper double or queen-size one. By that point, I was too exhausted to push further.

Things only got worse. Early morning drilling and hammering made it impossible to rest, so I spent the entire day outside to escape the noise. When I returned, I was kept awake by a crying baby in one room and a guest snoring so loudly next door that security could hear it from the hallway. The solution offered by reception was for me to move rooms for the night only and then move again the next day - completely disregarding that I had already been staying here for days.

Hoping things would improve, I settled in for the night only to be woken early by loud drilling and hammering in the building. I spent the entire day out to escape the noise, but when I returned, I couldn’t rest because of a crying baby on one side and a snoring guest on the other. The noise was so bad that security came to my room and confirmed he could hear the guest snoring from my room and the hallway. The solution offered by reception was for me to move to another room for ‘the night only’ and MAYBE the Duty Manager ‘might’ move me to another the next day. I appreciate the receptionist was trying to be helpful, but it felt like no one cared about resolving the problem properly. Absolutely ridiculous!

This stay has been exhausting, stressful, sleepless and deeply disappointing. I deeply regret booking this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone. What was meant to be a relaxing trip has been nothing but stress, sleepless nights and disappointment.

Relaxing Getaway
Pros:

we had a truly enjoyable stay at Harris Sunset Road Bali. As a couple looking for a relaxing yet convenient place to stay, this hotel was a perfect hotel. I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, and although it's spacious enough it give me extra comfort and privacy. The highlight was definitely the private jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Bali. Having a microwave in the room was also great touch, especially for late nite snacks or quick meals.
The room was clean, well maintained, and had a refreshing modern feel. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, from public areas to the suite itself, was impressive.
What really stood out, though, was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the team at breakfast & Reception deserves a special mention. They were warm, attentive, and made our mornings feel welcoming and relaxed.
The location is also perfect, central and easy to reach popular spots like Seminyak, Kuta, and various restaurants and cafes. Despite being close to the action, the hotel still felt peaceful and private.
Highly recommended for couples who want comfort, great service, and strategic base to explore Bali.

Pros:

It's a motel. For a bit more, and to get so much better service and modern and clean facility, I would go to Ramada Encore in Seminyak.

Great Hotel
Pros:

My stay at Harris Sunset Road Bali was great. The location is convenient, close to Kuta and Seminyak, yet peaceful. Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with nice balconies. Breakfast had a good variety, and the pool area was relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Limited nearby dining options, but Grab/Gojek solved that. Excellent value for money—highly recommend!

Harris Hotel & Residences Sunset Road, Bali - my choice of of accommodation, always.
Pros:

Harris Hotel Sunset Road is always my choice of stay in Bali. In every city that I have visited, I tend to cultivate relationships with the hotel staff. It allows me to assess whether I am valued as a guest or loyalty member of their loyalty programmes. Check-in is a breeze. You will also be guided to your room whereby everything is ready for you to unpack and unwind. Any assistance is just a call away. The facilities are sufficient if you ever need them. On this note, there are a few staff members that I would like to compliment. Mr Erlangga Putra, Front Office Manager. He has always tried his level best to accommodate to my requests and makes the effort to remember me. Normally, I’m a solo traveller. During my July trip, he went above and beyond to assist my parents and family members. His front office staff, Mr Hery, deserves to be mentioned as well. Apart from recognising me as a guest and loyalty member, he makes the effort to learn and take note of my preferences. He and his team (including the security staff) assisted my father with his wheelchair whenever we leave or arrive at the hotel. Another staff member that leaves a good impression of the hotel is housekeeping staff, Mr Ngurah Eka. Housekeeping is an essential part of our accommodation. Ngurah was always ready to assist with our requests, cleaned the room making it spick and span and still put on the most sincere smile on his face. His sincerity in helping extends to him covering his fellow colleague who was sick. Ngurah had to work well beyond his hours and yet appeared to be fit for work. The three gentlemen that I have specifically mentioned are among others who extended their great service during my stay. I’m truly touched and amazed at the energy and service level at Harris Hotel & Residences Sunset Road, Bali. The staff members are doing their very best each time, living up to the standards of Ascott brand. Kudos to everyone!

Perfect hotel to choose for stay with family esspesialy with kids
Pros:

I really like this hotel, I recommend this hotel for traveling with family. It's in the sunset road area but it's not crowded, in fact there are still lots of trees. we chose the 2 bedroom sunset suite with 2 rooms and a jaccuzi which made my child really like this trip. breakfast menu with mostly delicious Indonesian food, we also went for lunch and dinner, we think the food here is delicious. Thank you Harris Sunset Road, all the staff incharge are also very friendly and provide good information. I think you really should try staying here with your family and children. There is a playground, children's pool and kids club which are perfect for your children.

Very badly managed hotel, not worth staying, mainly for local Indonesian from other part of the country.
Pros:

This is one of the worst hotel that I have ever stay, very badly managed and the hotel is quite run down. Since the hotel does hold many functions and meeting, all guests will have their breakfast together at the only restaurant in the hotel. Everything will be in a mess during the morning peck period. Overall, I will never ever stay at this hotel during my future trip to Bali.
