Location was in close proximity to the venue we attended
I did not get an email with the door code to the main entrance door, which caused distress when returning in the evening, and no one answered doorbell. Neither did I receive the code to our room key lock.
The bed was comfy & location suited due to having to stay here due to a rewire at my property & locality to work.
Felt un safe, people coming at all hours, no staff on site.
Guests leaving front door off the latch so anyone could walk in the building
Concerned about vehicle parked outside with comings & going.
Basic room but reflects in price, more of a hostel than hotel or should i say brothel given the noise.

Room 1 window wouldn’t shut could hear traffic all night & people outside.
No internal lock on room door.
Felt like i was being watched through the hatch above my bed.
Worst nights sleep & it’s only 1.37 am..

Bar was not open but did get email saying why

We booked this as on this app it stated there was a restaurant, but there wasn’t, even though it states
Hotel, Bar & Restaurant on the signage.
This was very misleading & frustrating, we’d had a long drive but ended up having to drive out again to find food.
I have no positive comments to make, this establishment is more akin to a hostel than a bar, restaurant & hotel.
There were no staff in attendance at all.
Check in was via telephone, accessing a lock box to obtain a room key and an entry code.
The whole experience is impersonal, unpleasant and unwelcoming.
There were no meals on offer at all (the phone operator suggested I order a take away).
The bar was closed and there was nowhere to get drinks.
The bedroom carpet was grubby and stained in parts.
The window wouldn't close and traffic noise kept me awake (there was a short living lull at about 01:15).
I tried all ways to get the TV to work but there was no signal.
The establishment has 'bar', 'restaurant' & 'hotel' displayed on it in several places, it is neither.
Very good value for money.
Comfortable rooms.
Light breakfast provided which was unexpected.
Radiator in one of the rooms was broken and the heater provided was not adequate.
Otherwise good value for money.
Can see its getting done as a new place so what is in it so far looks good.
No iron, parts where dirty ie taps and shower base
