Pros:

Von sich aus das Hotel ist gut hab nur paar Punkte abgezogen wegen Pool. In Beschreibung steht kann kostenlos genutzt werden, leider vor Ort hieß…, ja wir können nutzen aber… da einzelne Personen liegen besetzt hatten ohne drauf zu liegen, wie man das von deutschen kennt, hatte ich nachgefragt ob das so in Ordnung ist und da ja eh schon für die vielen Menschen eigentlich viel zu klein ist der Bereich, die Antwort war, das es eigentlich nur für die Club Mitglieder ist. Also ist eigentlich garnicht für Hotel Gäste gedacht. Was positiv war da wir nicht am Pool Platz bekommen hatten durften wir eher einchecken.

You won’t regret it!
Pros:

Everything was in excellent condition, the pool was great. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the gym nor the sauna. The staff was great and extremely nice, super helpful.
The room was amazing, the breakfast great as well.

Cons:

I love my stay, 100% recommend.

It was ok for one night

It had a pool, bed was really comfortable, not to loud even though the hotel is next to the street

We tried the check in at 12 and at the reception the first staff member wanted to check us in but then another staff member said no our room is not ready which was a bit confusing since the first staff member wanted to check us in but it was understandable since we wanted a clean room.
So after a few hours we checkt in and the first thing I noticed when we entered the room was that at the doorknob was cobweb…
In the bathroom there was also a spider right next to the shower head and in the toilet there was a bug on the floor and also another spider…but the worst thing was that when we wanted to use the balcony there was a big cobweb again with a huge spider we never opened that door again after that.

Sehr Sauberes Hotel, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und wenn jemand Bewegung braucht ein hervorragendes Sporthotel!

Cons:

Spontanes Frühstück an einem Sonntag war gut, aber leider nur 1 Person Personal für Getränke, Bedienung und gefühlt auch noch für die Zubereitung! sie hat das sehr gut gemacht aber leider ist das für den Gesamteindruck leider zu schwach!

leider war der Pool nach einem langen und anstrengenden Tag wegen einer privaten Feier für Hotelgäste geschlossen! das ist natürlich sehr ärgerlich gewesen, da dies mit ein Buchungspunkt war!

Ikke etater vi vil besøge igen. Det var personalet, som gjorde forskellen. Men selve kvalitet og vedligeholdelse af sted

Beliggenheden, sportsfaciliteter og rart og hjælpsomt personale.

Cons:

Pool var booket til events 2 af de 3 dage vi var der fra om eftermiddagen og lige til 22/23. Havde booket hotel pga pool. Pool blev ikke holdt ren, der var støj fra trafik da lyddæmpende hegn var i stykker, seng var knækket, prisen var i overkanten, da morgenmad mm ikke var med i prisen. Jeg var ikke gjort opmærksom på at pool ikke var tilgængelig og det fremgik heller ikke på booking.com at det er et shorts sportssted og derfor mange mennesker udefra, som ikke er gæster på hotel. Ikke særlig børnevenligt.

Great place, facilities and food, but the staff was blissfully ignorant about most things.
Pros:

Overall good facilities, fresh, well worth the money we paid. Good connection with the tram.

Cons:

We stayed because of the pool area, but one of our two days (30+ degrees temperature) the pool area was suddenly closed the entire day due to an "event". Now, hiring the pool area to an event is okay per se but the information was abysmal. No prior notice, so we planned our entire day around the pool and then had to travel anyway. No one in the staff could tell us when the event would end.

That part was really, really bad, sort of ruined one of our two days there. Apart from that though, excellent. Had it not been for the event disaster, this would have been a top score.
