Pros:

L'accueil incroyable et la gentillesse du personnel. Nos filles pouvaient se comporter comme de petites filles sans deranger qui que ce soit.

Perfectly fine but not 5*

Central location, onsite parking

Cons:

Wouldn't call it a 5*, more like a Radisson or holiday inn but it was clean and renovated and perfectly fine for our one night in Tirana. The staff were friendly but not very helpful in booking a car and driver for us for an excursion. We ended up finding someone but it would have been nice to have the hotel's assistance.

Lovely Hotel in the heart of the city with amazing staff!
Pros:

Friendly staff, who would do anything to help you. Also happy to give you advice and tips if you haven't been to the city before.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe the spa (Sauna/jacuzzi) could be a bit bigger with some access to a cold shower/plunge after.

Good breakfast
Pros:

Very good breakfast, with lots of variety. Very comfortable pillows. Good shower. Also, I got an instant appointment with the hairdresser. Convenient location in the centre of things.

Cons:

The hotel was quite generic, on a busy road.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel im Zentrum von Tirana
Pros:

Ein gutes österreichisches Hotel im Zentrum von Tirana. Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich und die österreichische Speisekarte hat für eine angenehme Überraschung gesorgt . Das Zimmer ist top ausgestattet, das Fernsehen hat fast alle österreichische Sender (was in Albanien sehr selten ist). Rundum ein solides Haus mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen . Gerne immer wieder.

Pros:

Tutto, dal personale gentile disponibile e capivano la lingua italiana. Il cibo. La stanza pulita più che mai ,un dieci. Bellissima. Posto meraviglioso. Con tutto vicino avendo dei bimbi piccoli,esci e trovi di tutto. Ma in primis l hotel il migliore di tirana.
