Overpriced accommodation and unfriendly
Pros:

Great location, nice pool and gardens

Cons:

Very corporate style, not much soul. Staff were quite defensive apart from one girl on breakfast and one guy on dinner. Most staff seemed like robots.

We had a leak from the toilet and asked at Reception to arrange a plumber but nothing happened. We tried again next day and a plumber was sent and confirmed a leaky valve.
At no point did anyone apologise for the inconvenience (no pun intended) of having a pool of water on the floor directly in front and side of the toilet for 2.5 days. If we had stayed longer I would have insisted on being moved.

Mooie ligging

Ligging, tuin,zwembad,...

Cons:

Ontbijt was wel prima,...maar ik miste toch een "wow" effect, wat ik bij een vijfsterren hotel toch wél had verwacht. Dus hier kan ik maar 8/10 geven.

Redelijk onpersoonlijke verwelkoming aan receptie bij aankomst. Er komen veel zakenlui met hemd en stropdas. Een toerist in korte broek en sneackers lijkt niet hun prioriteit.

The hotel was centrally located and convenient to get to in relation to the airport and centre. The hotel was also clean and the breakfast buffet was great.

Cons:

Some of the concierge staff were very unhelpful when it came to answering simple questions and were brash/bordering on rude and unapproachable. Also, the air-conditioning in the room was faulty; it was not blowing out cool air and it made myself and my room mate very unwell at two points in the night. When we asked for the functionality to be checked, the staff were very dismissive - they simply turned it back on and insisted it was working without checking whether it had been serviced and was functioning properly and safely.

Oase mitten in Tirana
Pros:

Wir waren nach fünf Jahren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.
Schlafzimmer sind großzügig ausgestattet und sauber.
In der Zwischenzeit ist der Raum fürs Frühstücksbuffet erweitert worden und die Auswahl ist ausgezeichnet.
Den Pool haben wir wieder gerne genutzt und im gemütlichen Hotelgarten Kaffee getrunken.

Hôtel bien placé avec chambres très confortables

Chambre fabuleuse, literie hyper confortable, très bien insonorisé, SDD spacieuse

Cons:

Le hammam etait différent de ceux qu’on connaît, il etait froid, peut-être que c’etait un bain turc ?? Sauna petit, pas très très chaud non plus. Mais c’etait inclu.

Pros:

Wie immer alles perfekt. Ich mag die Kissenauswahl im Zimmer. So schläft man genau so wie man es möchte. Und auch das Personal war jederzeit höflich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Mal haben wir auch die Hausfriseurin besucht und auch diese Dame hat unsere Erwartungen bestens erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
