Top location, nice hotel, nice food, worth visiting but needs to improve client treatment.

The most beautiful view from the hotel in Slovakia

Cons:

The purpose of our stay was to celebrate the birthday. The hotel was informed. The occassion got spoilt when the staff seated us at a corner table under hanging coats with tourists passing by. We were not allowed in the hotel guest section (?) with more privacy and the beatiful views at mountains. It was a clear failure of the staff but spoilt the special event.
