jó szálloda, másodszor voltunk és jól éreztük magunkat.
Pros:

rendezett, tiszta és minőségi szolgáltatás. Az étterem nagyszerű, csillagos ötös, mind a reggeli, mind a vacsora nagyon jó ízvilágú. Jól esik a hegymászás után a wellness szolgáltatás, ami szintén zökkenőmentesen működik. A transfer is remek.

Veľmi nás potešila poloha hotela, krásne prostredie, wellness a nádherný výhľad z izby. Raňajky boli vynikajúce a veľmi sme ocenili aj kvalitu jedál z à la carte menu.

Cons:

Počas oboch nocí sme mali skúsenosť, že od 16:00 už nebolo možné objednať si jedlá z à la carte menu. K dispozícii bol iba večerný bufet, reštaurácia v turistickej časti bola zatvorená kvôli svadbe a neskôr oslave. Cena bufetu príliš vysoká pre niekoho, kto si chce dať niečo malé na večeru, pričom v cene nie sú ani nápoje.

Potešila nás ochota personálu pripraviť nám raňajky so sebou v prípade, že sme odchádzali pred 7. hodinou ráno. Zároveň nás však sklamalo, že napriek vopred nahláseným vegetariánskym raňajkám a označeniu „vegetarián“ na taške obsahovala bageta šunku. Pri špecifických stravovacích požiadavkách by sme ocenili väčšiu pozornosť pri príprave a kontrole raňajok.

We had a wonderful time at Slovakia’s highest mountain hotel.
Pros:

It was the perfect location in the mountains with access to excellent hiking. The rooms are not fancy, but they are attractive, clean and comfortable. The food is good and plentiful. Our room came with an hour in the wellness center. We also were able to take a shuttle from near the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. We had a wonderful time!

Prachtige locatie, goede voorzienijgen, beetje duurder
Pros:

De locatie, die is echt prachtig. Maar ook de kamer zelf is schoon en comfortabel. En het eten is er behoorlijk goed. Het is een echt bergsporthotel, dat geeft een bijzondere sfeer.

Cons:

Het is vrij prijzig., wat op zich begrijpelijk is: alles moet die hele berg op gesleept worden.
