ruim. há outras opções na região do meireles e iracema com preços semelhantes e melhor localizadas.
Cons:

quarto com MUITAS baratas. banheiro sem box, alagava no banho. falta de conservação evidente no local. Localização ruim, em região erma, perigosa, não há como sair à noite pelo risco de assalto.

Banheiro velho, porta do box caindo, banheiro fedendo, ar condicionado não funcionando. Café da manhã onde acabavam logo as coisas e sem reposição. Fui pedir manteiga que havia acabado e me disseram que não tinha mais. No outro dia novamente pedi e não haviam comprado.

Pros:

Piscina desativada e não havia nenhum aviso no anúncio, no entanto o valor da reserva deveria estar mais baixo tendo em vista o não funcionamento da área de lazer. Corredor dos quartos muito barulhento sem abafador de som, hóspedes chegavam de madrugada falando alto no corredor e ouvia-se como se fosse dentro do quarto. Café da manhã bom porém deixou um pouco a desejar poderia ser mais bem apresentado com maior variedade de opções. A cama fazendo muito barulho nas molas, mal podíamos nos mexer. A cortina da janela não cobria totalmente, acordamos com o sol no rosto. Não recomendo.

Não gostei de nada, meu quarto tinha um vazamento no teto, chuveiro água fria ,espelho Não dar nem pra se olhar de tão velho, nem consegui dormir de tanto vento uivando, piscina interditada.
