Sehr herzliches und freundliches Personal. Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Hund unterwegs und das Personal hat sich liebevoll auch um unseren Hund gekümmert.
Das Essen war hervorragend (frischer Fisch) und Antonio hat uns bestens betreut.
Einsame Bucht nur für 2 Hoteks, war ein Traum zum Badeb und Entspannen

Il mare (che è bello di suo) 3 la spiaggia a due passi, il cibo del ristorante

Lo staff purtroppo di una bassezza unica, in particolare la signora del “bar” giù in spiaggia, è stata davvero inopportuna e scortese. Mia moglie è incinta all’8 mese, abbiamo scelto questa struttura per avere tutte le comodità possibili, bene. Siamo scesi in spiaggia, mia moglie con un pareo lungo e una camicia sopra, al nostro ritorno in camera, c’era un matrimonio nel giardino principal, la signora ha espressamente detto “mi dispiace ma non può salire così deve coprirsi di più perché c’è una cerimonia”, mia moglie giustamente doveva tornare in camera per urgenze personali, ed era COPERTA. Che c’è un matrimonio non è un mio problema, o non permettete la balneazione o non permettete le cerimonie, ma io sono un ospite, punto. Seconda cosa, sempre la cara signora, il giorno dopo volevamo portare la nostra gattina nel trasportino, a prendere un po’ d’aria in spiaggia, la signora ha fatto storie e senza neanche sapere cosa ci fosse nel trasportino ci ha detto che i cani non erano ammessi. La nostra è una gattina di casa, non esce neanche dal trasportino. La signora voleva far chiamare la capitaneria di porto, ma vi sembra normale trattare così un ospite? Dovete cambiare staff perché queste persone fanno scappare gli ospiti, pur essendo bella la struttura purtroppo la mancanza di cortesia e professionalità rovina tutto, non ci verrei nuovamente. Inoltre la colazione andrebbe migliorata, non è da 4 stelle.

In una posizione stupenda un hotel che necessita di grandi interventi strutturali è un management aggiornato

Arredamento datato colazione scadente servizi essenziali in spiaggia tipo teli e doccia a pagamento?!?! Se in hotel sono previsti ricevimenti tipo matrimoni con musica ad alto volume fino a tardi gli ospiti vanno avvertiti al momento della prenotazione

Solo quando siamo arrivati in struttura ci è stato comunicato che il cane non poteva accedere in spiaggia dalle 9 del mattino alle 19.Pertanto non abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio spiaggia che era incluso nel prezzo del soggiorno ed abbiamo dovuto sostenere ulteriori costi e disagi per cercare lidi che accettassero i cani in spiaggia. Trovo che sia estremamente scorretto non fornire tale informazione prima della prenotazione in quanto causa di notevoli disagi.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, colazione eccezionale, struttura eccezionale e tenuta benissimo. Personale di sala e personale ai piani gentilissimo

Cons:

La gestione del servizio spiaggia. Sicuramente gli ombrelloni sono distanziati secondo i criteri minimi previsti, ma trattandosi di un 4 stelle mi aspettavo una sistemazione più confortevole. Invece gli ombrelloni occupavano tutto il massimo occupabile lasciando uno margine di manovra inesistente per lo spostamento dei lettini. Ed anche sul tema di convenire ad una diversa sistemazione - sia chiaro pagando un eventuale differenza - c'è stata una chiusura assoluta, anzi mi è stato detto di ritenermi già soddisfatto, ed essere grato , per aver avuto una seconda fila..su tre disponibili

Pros:

Very nice Italian hotel, classy clean and comfortable. Easy to find, right on the sandy beach. Lovely breakfast overlooking the Meditertanean, large choice and eggs made to order. Short drive to Gaeta harbor and Old Town, for evening stroll and dinner. Recommend highly.
