Bom preço, relativamente próximo da estação de Metro

Cons:

Camas individuais muito pequenas, saneamento lento a escoar a água do banho e lavatório, fraco isolamento sonoro.
Apenas um cartão por quarto, apesar de sermos 2. Obrigatoriedade de entregar o cartão na portaria sempre que nos ausentamos.
