Staff and food were good, room not so much
Pros:

Staff and food was incredible

Cons:

I booked a luxury cottage with a double bed, but got a room with 2 singles. Also wasn’t very clean. Tap were broken as well as the bathroom door knob.

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren gut. Am Pool konnte man gut liegen und es war fussläufig alles zu erreichen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Luxusdoppelzimmer für 130€ gebucht. Wenn das Luxus ist...nun ja. Es war das teuerste Hotel auf unserer 5wöchigen Reise am Westkap/Gardenroute - und das es war das Geld nicht wert. Es war vieles renovierungsbedürftig. Wie die anderen Zimmer sind, können wir natürlich nicht beurteilen. Aber das Hotel ist nie und nimmer 4 Sterne.

Leider nur für einen Zwischenstopp genutzt, wir wären gern länger geblieben. !

Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels war ruhig am Ortsrand. Ein Hotel in altem Kolonialstil würde ich sagen....sehr geschichtsträchtig und sehenswert. Ein kleines Missgeschick wurde durch die Hotelleitung sehr sehr gut behoben.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbecken langte gerade für eine Abkühlung. Aber letztendlich war das auch ok. Dafür wurden die Getränke durch die charmante Bedienung dorthin gebracht.
Steckdosen haben wir uns quasi geschaffen....

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und werden bestimmt wieder kommen .

Tolles und sehr geschmackvolles Essen ! Hervorragendes Frühstück mit vielen frischen Früchten . Tolles Ambiente!

Cons:

Es fehlte bei den Temperaturen eine Klimaanlage.
