It was gross, filthy, and I would have cancelled if I could have got my money back
Pros:

What did I like? The only thing that was ok was the staff were nice.

Cons:

The smell, the carpet, the mold, the wet ceiling tiles, the pool that should probably be shut down but health inspectors. The burn from drug use and carving on the bathroom counter. Constantly getting to our room and having to going all the way back to the lobby to get a key that would hopefully work

Great stay!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Staff was really helpful. Rooms are super clean. They cleaned between nights which lots of hotels don't do anymore since Covid unless you request it.

Cons:

It is an old building but well maintained. One of the two waterside weren't working which was unfortunate.

The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The booking.com advertised hot tub (which was out of order for days and we only got an email advising us after check in time and there was a sign at the front desk). We booked there because of that hot tub and they wouldn’t upgrade us if free. We are now asking booking.com foe comken
