The staff were very friendly and helpful and I had fun in the pool and hot tub. There were
lots of towels and the bed was firm which was great.
The noise from next door at night, the coffee maker that didn't work in my room and the limited
choice of T.V. channels.
The staff were great! We didn’t check out the pool but it was busy so it must have been a hit! Everything was very clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. Very good value for the money.
It’s not in the best location, there were some unsavoury characters who frequented the parking lot at times…
The cooked breakfast (eggs, sausages, potatoes) were overdone and hence inedible.
The orange juice was good and I liked the yogurt. I had toasted bagels which were O.K.

Horrible housekeeping services, didn't restock coffee pods daily, pillows lumpy and uncomfortable, co worker had truck keys and wallet stolen from his room approximately 10 min after checking in when he left to use hot tub, 1 water slide out of service for whole week stay, hotel has a gross smell to it

Pool too cold. Jacuzzi out of order. We booked here because of the pool and Jacuzzi. Very disappointing.
Had to have our room keys recoded THREE times. Not only was this inconvenient...but when I asked to have someone bring new keys up as we waited outside the room....the front desk clerk said she would "try". Took them at least 15 minutes to get the keys to us.

The lack of a decent gym, the fact from my truck to my room was 5:00 walk because it was literally in a different building attached together that was super confusing.
Room had water dripping from ceiling air conditioner large area of rug water logged and used towels to walk over. Pool only had one water slide running. Other was locked off. Water was good temp. Egress door had push bar falling off door. Food was good. Service to replace tv and plug ins was fast. Owen out outlets.
