We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad en zijn erg tevreden.
Pros:

Het vriendelijke personeel maakte ons verblijf erg prettig. Vooral Omar was ontzettend behulpzaam, gastvrij en vriendelijk. Hij stond altijd klaar om te helpen en zorgde ervoor dat we ons vanaf het eerste moment welkom voelden. Daarnaast werd onze kamer elke dag zorgvuldig schoongemaakt, waardoor alles schoon en netjes bleef. Dankzij de uitstekende service en de dagelijkse schoonmaak hebben we een zeer prettig verblijf gehad.

Cons:

Eigenlijk hebben we geen echte minpunten. Het enige kleine puntje was dat we bij het boeken dachten dat het ontbijt inbegrepen was, maar bij aankomst bleek dat dit niet zo was. Misschien kan dit bij de boeking iets duidelijker worden aangegeven om verwarring te voorkomen. Voor ons was dit echter geen probleem, omdat het hotel op een uitstekende locatie ligt, op loopafstand van het centrum, waar volop gezellige cafés en restaurants zijn om te ontbijten. Verder hebben we enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zijn we erg tevreden.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. The room was comfortable and spacious.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thank you to Omer, who was amazing throughout our stay. He was extremely kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. His excellent service made our experience even better.
Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful safe place in a beautiful safe city!
Pros:

The place is within perfect walking distance to all the places you need to see and do in Istanbul. I’m walking disabled and found the walks doable. Just pace yourself and take breaks if needed. The property itself is very clean and secure. There is a parking garage within a block but you really don’t need a rental car in Istanbul.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything. This place is perfect!

A special place in walking distance to all the tourist sites!
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff were freindly and helpful. We loved the terrace with lovely views. Thank you Muyan Suites for a great stay!

Gut Platziert, nah an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten .

Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da die Bewertungen gut waren. Leider wurden wir eines Besseren belehrt.

Unser Zimmer lag im 4. Stock und war morgens sehr laut. Bereits um 6 Uhr früh wurde haben die Mitarbeiter Fernsehen geschaut. Es war echt laut.Aus dem Badezimmer kam ein starker Kanalgeruch.

Die Bettwäsche hatte teilweise Blutflecken und Haare. Die Stehlampe war schmutzig und kaputt.Die Gardine hat auch mal bessere Zeiten gehabt.

Uns wurde bei der Ankunft gesagt, dass wir zum Frühstück in ein Schwesterhotel gehen müssen, da hier kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Der Preis entsprach außerdem nicht der Beschreibung bei der Buchung. Am nächsten Tag wurde plötzlich doch Frühstück im Hotel angeboten.

Bei der Ankunft wurden uns direkt zehn Broschüren mit Angeboten und buchbaren Leistungen in die Hand gedrückt. Danach fühlten wir uns jedoch ignoriert.
