Quiet, even serene, considering you’re in a very large city. Breakfast was good. Staff very courteous. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was several sizes too small.

Pros:

Stay was good - got in OK, they sent a car to get me (was a lot more expensive than just getting an Uber myself), the check-in online and/or the app (I can't remember) said they had currency exchange at the front desk - they do not. The location was good - there was a plaza around the corner with plenty of food options and nightlife. I didn't think it was too loud at night and slept great. Room was clean and I liked the little garden backyard. Breakfast was fresh, and the front desk helped out with suggesting what tours to do.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the trendy Palmero neighborhood.

The staff was wonderful and accomodating. The morning breakfast was great.

There are numerous restaurants and shops in easy walking distance.

Highly reccomend this hotel.

We'll stay there again.
Pros:

Good location with lost of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Very nice breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and other healthy options, with some indulgent options, too. Walking distance to some of the parks, gardens, and other sights in BA. Friendly staff who were very helpful with practical issues including a date change on our return through BA at the end of our Argentina trip, luggage storage, etc. And Luisa the cat was an added bonus to a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Mixed Bag
Pros:

Bens L’Hotel Palermo is a mixed bag.
On the plus side. The location is fantastic. The hotel is located on a nice quiet street close to many restaurants and shops. The staff is warm and welcoming. And, the pool area is a relaxing oasis.
On the negative side. We had a first floor room. The room was very noisy and small. We could not open both of our suitcases at the same time unless we used the bed. Additionally, the room was tired, in need of a major update. The bathroom was the worst part. There was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was the worst we have seen in a long, long time. The coffee was undrinkable. The pastries were stale. We , along with several other guests, just went across the street to the café for breakfast.
With Bens L’Hotel Palermo is all depends on your priorities.

Everybody working there was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks charming but the rooms could be better maintained. Location is in a very lively neighborhood, do depending on the room it can get a little noisy
