Clean, room was great and exceptional customer service. Loved how they welcome us BTS Army (fans).

Cons:

Enjoyed it. Rates were higher than normal Due to BTS concert. But that was ok.

The idea of a hot dinner was great and the food very decent.
The for-pay continental breakfast was on-par with the free breakfast offered typically by Hilton/Hampton Inn facilities. Why charge?
The mattresses were old and not as comfortable as at other facilities. The shower walls were covered with hair of previous guests. The hotel was far from full and I came with a reservation, but my room’s view on the second floor was a white wall. Given all thse shortcomings. The price charged was outrageous.
