Comfortable, affordable hotel
Pros:

Location was good, very busy main Street and very close to shinokubo and okubo station
Rooms were slightly bigger than other accommodation we had in Tokyo

Cons:

The (10 or so) stairs you have to go up with your luggage, as no ground floor access. At least it was only once. Beds are quite firm also which was ok for me but not my partner

L'emplacement idéal pour prendre la yamanote line et visiter Tokyo.

Cons:

Le personnel froid, de fausses informations car l'hôtel ne fournit pas le service bagage vers l'aéroport comme indiqué. Au contraire, il fallait télécharger une appli et le faire par appli soi-même. Nous avons du coup préféré aller à l'agence Yamato transport qui est à 5min de l'hôtel qui nous ont aidé avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de patience pour l'envoi de nos bagages à l'aéroport.

Pros:

I've stayed here many times since 2017 & I always stay here when I visit Tokyo.
Great location, the Shin-Okubo Yamanote Line station is 2 minutes away. There's a 24hour reception which was especially helpful this visit as my plane landed at 11pm & didn't get to the hotel until nearly 1am.
Staff are friendly &:there if you need them.
For a solo traveller this is perfect

Ottima posizione per visitare tokyo e dintorni. La metro è vicinissima l'albergo. La via è piena di ristoranti e negozietti. Vicino c'è anche un exchange con un buon tasso di cambio.

Terrific Location
Pros:

Tokyo Plaza Hotel is a great budget-friendly hotel in perhaps one of the best locations in all of Tokyo. Cheap and cheerful, it's great value for money.

Opening up the entire city of Tokyo, it's a short two-minute stroll to the Shin-Ōkubo Station. Everything is practically on your doorstep, and just around the corner, there's a 24-hour Coin Laundry.

服務人員態度非常好，我們是入住一天退房，後天會再入住也是可以免費寄放行李，而且退房當日可以免費寄放到下午三點。
