周りが静かだったのか、壁が厚いのか、とても静かだったので熟睡できました。
シャワーの湯温が安定しにくいです。
Fantastic location right by the Metro that circled tourist areas. The food and convenience stores in the area were great not to mention a Don Quijote a few doors up . Staff were helpful, but don’t rely on them to do the luggage transfer, they will not do it. They just point at a QR code.
The property was very tired lacked space for 4 in one room. With the need for Google and communication between us charging in the room was vital, adding cameras too was a challenge due to a lack of sockets or USB

ロケーションと、外から聞こえる外国人の声がうるさかった事。他は部屋が狭かった事。今回2人で泊まって歩くと避けなければいけなかった。朝、寒く感じた事。

Dando sulla strada , con le bocchette d'areazione non insonorizzate si sentiva tutto ciò che accadeva in strada.
Inoltre il bagno aveva delle pecche( rubinetto perdente se utilizzati come acqua del lavabo e parte della vasca con ceramica sbeccata)
The location is excellent.
The rooms are nice and they have a small room inside for smokers which is nice as it's not legal to smoke outside in japan. You can also drink water and coffee for free in the hotel.
The hotel starts at second floor so at the entry there are like a bunch of stairs complicated when you have a suitcase. I was injured with my feet so it was not easy for me. It would've been nice if the staff suggests to help with the luggage
Was cleaned every day.. Always someone in reception if you had a problem. 2 minutes walk from Shin-Okubo train station, which is only 1 stop away from Shinjuku Train station. If you want a luxury hotel then this is not for you. But if you want somewhere to base yourself from and to sleep whilst looking around Tokyo then this is perfect.
If you like a long soak in the bath then this is not the place for you. Bath is only small.
