Ottomans Life Hotel S Class

This is our second time in this beatiful classical designed hotel. we impressed with the design of hotel, quality, service, and friendly staff. Location is close to underground, tram station, taxi is easy to get, also just front of the big shopping mall and restaurants. Special thanks to Sertac, Umit, Ibrahim, Nursel, Ayperi, Omer, and Halis for taking care of us.Love from London

This is very petty due to the amount but it’s the principal. I was charged for cappuccinos upon checkout from the restaurant that I never ordered. The desk guy refused to remove for me and couldn’t very with staff as I checked out at midnight. Cheap for me and cheaper for the hotel but not cool overall and he was very unwilling to help. 12am on the 6th of august.

I’ve stayed 3x and I will stay again due to convenience

Det är ett bra hotell. Vissa i receptionen var bra men vissa var helt oprofessionella. Om man ställer en fråga så säger dom att man bör googla svaret. Annars var det ett bra hotell.

The employee were amazing, kind and very helpful. A special thanks to the reservation manager - Suat- he managed to help and solve a very complicated reservation -change dates situation - very grateful - God bless him!
The rest all very nice - the level of professionalism and hospitality was very touching. Omar, Ibrahim, Umit, Emre, Sertac ..Thank you for all you did to make us comfortable.We would gladly come back!

The Hotel have elegant classical/antique looking. The staff was extremely helpful, we are extremely thankful to Umit, Saffet, Ibrahim front office, house keeping Sadiye, Elif, from restaurant Hulya and woman Cheff's. Room size was very good, quality of material was also very good. The Hotel have pair 5 star hotel which you can use Sauna, Gym, Hamam, Pool facilities. Location is CENTRAL. Very easy to get taxi, metro and tramway for Istanbul explorations.

a bit noisy from the cars,but the scene is good.

Çok güzel mükemmel bir otel bence temiz titiz güleryüz ne isterseniz var bence çok güzel bir otel herkeze tavsiye ederim

L’hôtel est très bien placé, il y a tous les transports en commun nécessaires ainsi qu’un grand centre commercial et des restaurants aux alentours. Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié, c’est le Service, dès mon arrivée à la réception tout le monde a été très gentil et serviable je suis venue à l’hôtel pour un séjour de convalescence et un jeune homme de la réception m’apportait des poches de froid, toutes les deux heures. Les chambres sont très bien décorées, spacieuses et très confortables. Le seul bémol serait le petit déjeuner, il n’est pas à mon goût Monsieur le petit déjeuner classique.en Turquie.

overall we had a pleasant stay

This hotel is amazing - the decor mat not be to everyone's taste but it is opulent and ostentacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are individually decorated to a high standard and have all facilities needed i.e. kettle, fridge, bedside sockets and satellite TV

Herseyi cok güzel, yanliz oda da yerlerin laminati cok eski ve aralari acilmis. Bence cok güzel bir otel tavsiye ederim.

Hamam olan odayı tercih ettik gayet sakin be güzeldi . Hemen çaprazda bulunan otelin havuzunu kullandık tek kötü yani havuza geçmek için spor salonunun içinden dolandırıyorlar havlunuzla ordan geçiyorsunuz bence buna çözüm bulunmalı . Onun haricinde herşeyi çok güzeldi

Comfortable room with enough space. Breakfast is all right.
Beautiful interiors.
Various shopping nearby, easy access to the tram which takes you to main attractions of the old city.
One problem - it overlooks mosque, so in the morning and in the evening you need to hear azan at full sound.

Do not book this hotel. There were people complaining as I checked in. It claims to be non smoking but it was not. The front desk manager is rude and its very clear they lie about the quality of the hotel (hence the no refund rule.) DO not book here.

No AC and no elevator during my stay

1 günlük konaklamaydı, otele geç girdiğimiz için çok bir imkanından yararlanamadık. Havuzunu denemiş olmak isterdim. Sabah kahvaltısı güzeldi. Çalışan insanlar yardımseverdi. En üst kat odaların pencereleri sese karşı daha korunaklı olmalı çünkü vatan caddesinin sesi bitmiyor. Birde camın penceresine karartmalı perde alınmalı çünkü odaya dışarıdan gelen ışığı kesmeye yetmiyor mevcut perdesi.

Very friendly staff. Good food.
