Pros:

お値段はまあまあで、ロケーションは便利。
清潔感はあり、問題はない。

Cons:

素泊まり食事なしでの値段は安いとは思えない。
狭くて、2日泊まってもシーツその他の交換もない割にお値段が安いとは思えなかった。

駐車場以外はよかった
Pros:

コンビニが違い

Cons:

駐車場どうにかしてほしい。
連泊だったのだが、ラブホも兼ねてるので夜はPが埋まってたり、、（有料駐車場に停めました）
少し離れてても良いので第二駐車場とか借りるべきでは？

安くて十分なホテル
Pros:

最低限揃っていること、価格が安いが問題ないこと。

Cons:

３月下旬、朝晩とお昼の温度差があるので、暖房しか使えなかったのは少し難点。空調が整っていれば何も言うことはなかったです。
駐車場利用させて頂きました。真ん前に止めれるので良かったですが、一度声をかけにいかないとどこに停めるかわからないところや台数が多い(大型の車)と止めづらく、前の道も1通なので注意が必要です。

総合的には良いです。
Pros:

清潔感があり、交通のアクセスも良い

Cons:

2泊3日で宿泊しました。2日目の朝に外出し、その日の夜に部屋に戻ると、オートロックのドアが完全に閉まっておらず(1cmほど開いた状態)、私の部屋にカードキー無しで誰でも入れる状態になっていました。部屋は清掃されていたので、清掃担当の方がドアが閉まっているのを確認せずに出たものと思われます。幸いにも盗難には遭いはしませんでしたが、不快に思いました。
