Pros:

Kedves személyzet, tiszta szobák, napi takarítás, megfelelő felszereltség (fogkefe, fogkrém, törölközők, hajszárító, tusfürdő, sampon es balszam).

Cons:

Nem volt különösebb problémánk, mindenben rendelkezésünkre álltak.
Az angol nyelvi kommunikációban egyszer a személyzetnek kellett telefonos fordítási segítség. A szárító gépek épp nem üzemeltek, csak a mosó gépek.

最悪なホテルだった。
Cons:

予約時の名前を間違えられていて、予約されてないことになっていた。

Gotopassに承諾していないのに、勝手に登録されSMSに入会の登録案内が来た。携帯の情報流失に繋がっている。非常に腹が立った。フロントで伝えに行った歳も、モタモタされ、すみませんのひと言のみ。人の個人情報をなんだと思っているのか。

部屋の掃除に来たのも15時近く。廊下では外国人の清掃員の私語がうるさい。電波も悪く、WiFiも繋がらない。本当に最悪なホテルだった。

駐車場の件以外は、良かったです。
Cons:

駐車場が満室だったのは、わかりますが地方からせっかく楽しみに宿泊したのに、隣のパーキングに停めることになりましたが、7200円もかかってしました。最悪でした。車置くのに看板には、そんな文言は一切書いて無くて、詐欺に遭ったような気分でした。

Amazing stay.
Pros:

The service and location were excellent. I don’t know how many stars this hotel has, but I truly felt valued as a guest. The rooms were spotless, and the amenities and toiletries were of excellent quality. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Japan.
