J’ai été très agréablement surpris par cet hôtel, très propre avec un personnel très professionnel et souriant, possibilité de réserver en ligne, payer par CB, petit-déjeuner copieux etc. Rapport qualité-prix, c’est juste la meilleure offre que j’ai pu avoir à ce jour sur Yaoundé. Hâte d’y séjourner à nouveau 😊

Hôtel idéalement bien placé mais personnel amateur, réceptionnistes sans aucune formation professionnelle, malpolie et tres mal courtois.
chambre vip ressemblant plus à un nid de poule. drap troué, sol avec pleins de mal façon, baignoire crasseux etc.
j'avais réservé et payé via hotel.com à 15h, je me suis présenté à l'hôtel à 20h le réceptionniste m'a dit sans ménagement qu'il n'avait plus de place dispo et que je devais aller loger ailleurs et demander le remboursement apres. un vrai scandale.

Average accommodation according to Cameroon standards. Nice terrace with a view over Yaoundé. Breakfast rather poor, but good omelettes available.

It was ok, but had difficulties checking at the hotel

This place is NOT worth a dime of what you pay, rooms are not clean, bathrooms cracks, roaches and the services are the worst I have encountered in my entire travel history. After traveling all day and arrived the hotel at 1am in the morning, I requested for water to give to my 11months old baby at 1 am and the receptionist replied this is not a 5 star hotel, I had to go out of the hotel in the dark to buy water.
The following day, when we returned from our town visit, our rooms were not cleaned, we requested for towels to shower, the receptionist said they can not give us any towels, that they had none left. After I called Hotels.com customer service and they communicated with the hotel, towels were brought to our rooms.
Although the hotel has a nice location, I do not advice anyone to book this hotel, the cleaning is bad, the services are horrible. There is no supervisor in the building for complains.

It’s a good well priced hotel for YDE.
I’ve been staying here on and off for 7 years. Located centrally and easy to get around town . Hotel has private taxis if you need them too. Breakfast ok but even though I always book a double room for me and my daughter, the hotel always insist only one breakfast is included. Very strange by western standards . Overall very good.

Good location, staff friendly there is a restaurant on fifth floor with a terrace. Good place to breakfast, evening meal and work. WiFi tempremntal.

Extremely disappointing experience. The room was dirty and there were cockroaches in my room. Inspite of paying equivalent of of a Deluxe room I was given a small shabby room. The fault was equally from Hotels.com side also.

I have stayed here over the last 6 years. It's location Suits me and my young daughter is always made welcome by staff.

I stayed at a more expensive and higher-rated Yaounde hotel than the Tou'Ngou, but the latter is a very good value that offers wonderful views from its rooftop dining space. The breakfast was also better at the Tou-Ngou; the rooms are clean and the A/C works fine. Also, the staff at the Tou'Ngou was a step up from its competitor.

This hotel is average all over. Rather clean, rooms of different size and qualities. Service level in the reception and restaurant is not more than OK, but acceptably. Noisy neighborhood, but rather quit in the new building behind.

Though I booked via expedia - twice the reception tried to make me pay again - this was really frustrating. The TV is foggy. the food is pricey, staff are lax, and internet is intermittent. The reception recommended to me a cab driver who charged me $40 stating that the hotel shuttle is not available - felt cheated.

they do not have absolutely not, a working internet, so beware, also very noisy road but location is great.
they have clean water and clean room.. so enjoy

This hotel is reasonably priced with clean rooms and very helpful staff at the front desk. My room had a mini fridge, good AC and hot water. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk arranged a very reasonably priced and great driver for me, and they were willing to negotiate a lower rate for extra rooms for my students. Also, the roof terrace is lovely with views of the city and a nice place to have a cold drink. .
My only complaint was the loud music from the night club... if you want to get to sleep before 1am you will have trouble without ear plugs. Also, skip the restaurant for breakfast unless you want to pay 5000 FCFA for cold eggs, salad with mayonnaise and hard bread. Instead, walk across the intersection to the fantastic bakery across the street (which also has a mini supermarket inside and a Nescafe coffee machine).

Not large hotel in very african standard. Bathrooms are not very clean, rooms small but reasonable price and good breakfast. Good for one night , not for longer stay for european. Good lobcation , easy to find.
