Excellent Stay
Pros:

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. When you look at it from the front it's very misleading. It looks tiny. Once I arrived the two ladies at the front desk were so warm and inviting and outgoing. Check in process was quick and they were helpful with letting me know about transport to the historic centre. Historic centre is about a 10 minute tram ride away and the tram is about 2 euros. Cant beat it. Especially since it's right across the street from the hotel. On the hotel street though theres a pizza place, gelato place, cafe, pharmacy and grocery store. All you will need.

The room itself is small but very clean. The turn down service everyday was wonderful. The only inconvenience was some fire alarm issues that woke everyone up at 1am one evening. (they can't control that though).

I would stay here every time I visit Rome. Amazing little gem.

Cons:

Considerando l'elevato costo, non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione.
Il costo della camera è risultato considerevole, presumibilmente a causa della prenotazione effettuata con un preavviso di una settimana.

Pros:

The hotel was adequate. Had some inconveniences and low on quality. Had to use 2 different elevators with long wait times, or use multiple stairs. Noisy environment as the windows open into a school playground area. The bathroom had a bad odor. The room was very small and tight space for 2 adults. Breakfast food was quite good but the location was in a windowless room and was very loud and cramped. Staff seemed over extended and rushed. Location was good for use of public transit but the area was very dirty with homeless people on the street.

Cons:

- Trop peu de linge de bain livré (1 grande serviette + 1 petite pour deux personnes, pas suffisant)
- voisin de chambre dans la dernière nuit (324) absolument irrespectueux à hurler toute la nuit. Impossible de joindre qui que ce soit de chez vous pour faire cesser ce vacarme. C’est dommage car notre dernier nuit a été cauchemardesque.
Le reste était conforme au descriptif.
