Proximity to President's Cup shuttle parking lot!
People drunk outside, throwing up around the property. No ac in the rooms. Unsafe door latches.
Experience was wonderful
This hotel apartment is in extreme need of repair. While the location and apartment design were good, the interior of each apartment (we rented 2) was unhealthy and unsafe. I am shocked that health inspectors have not shut it down. Carpets were torn. Bathroom ceiling over the shower had been ripped open and replaced with a smaller piece of wonderboard. There had to be mould in the bathroom.The carpet was torn. The living room furniture was worn away. Kitchen counters had burn marks or holes in them. Sliding windows were opened so as to install air conditioners, but the piece of corrugated, plastic covered cardboard was torn and hanging out the window space. Very schocking that this is still an available option on Expedia.
It is in a very sketchy area, our place was full of dirt and grime. The sofa had stains, the bathroom had black mold, the cabinets were broken. Very disappointing
The apartment was in bad conditions, bad smell, mould in shower.
About half of the amenities did not work
The place was decent, the bathroom was very good. I did miss, though, some kitchen wares, and I wish to have had more bath towels. The surroundings were a bit weird, some people would stare at us, which was a bit scary.
One of the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. We checked into two bedroom apartment as soon as we entered I noticed dirty couch and dirty kitchen. And the shower had just hot water supply no cold water at all. This is a big scam. They are not meeting any hotel standards. Worst worst hotel in Montreal. No guest service, no room service and bed Lenin was very dirty and we found out our bed was full of dirt and hair from previous guests. Worst experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The area is very sketchy to start with. Then looking at the hotel, it smells so bad and it is very old. It doesn’t even feel like a hotel at all, if I rented an apartment it would have been better. The stove and the bed was broken, the curtain was burnt with a stove, the light bulbs were either loosened to save electricity or removed at all. There is a window AC which is very old. The carpet is sticky and smelly. Everything was terrible to be honest. I would not pay a penny in this place. Its a big scam, i wish i can show pictures or how terrible this place is.

Enjoy my stay
Dirty, a room full with spiders, stinky...for sure far away from what we expect for the money.
It was a good choice for a family of five (teens and adults.) It was what we were expecting at a very decent rate. Had minor plumbing issues so a plunger in each room would be a good idea versus only one for the entire building. Nice to have a kitchen to save on food costs while travelling. Dish soap would be helpful. Overall it was fine.
A/C in bedroom only and not really functioning.
Staff is friendly and the kitchen is convenient .
The smell of the old carpets. The toilet dribbled constantly. The room phone did not work as the cord was broken. The toilet paper holder was off the wall and the area around the sink was moldy.
Going up and down stairs was difficult as the railing was so dirty that your hand feel dirty and somewhat sticky.

The property need to be well maintained and well renivated
The carpet was not that clean and TV didn't work. We asked the manager to have it fixed on the first day, but it didn't happen for the entire 3 days of stay.
