No me gustó nada

Mucho ruido. Toda la noche pasaron camiones no pudimos dormir. El hotel es muy viejo

It's very noisy but you expect that for the location. The toilet didn't work when I arrived but they fixed it quickly so not reallly an issue. Just generally a little dingy. Light coming into the room when you try to sleep.

Internet service spotty w/ frequent freezes, requiring one to switch between its 3 wifi sources. No in-room safe, valuables had to be left @ front desk.

The barking dogs in the area was out if this world out of control.

Habitacion 509 - 5to piso x escalera. (esto te lo avisan cuando YA RESERVASTE).
Se escuchaba TODO lo que pasaba en las 2 habitaciones contiguas. El lavabo estaba adentro de la habitacion, y se veía de frente desde la cama. El inodoro estaba tan mal ubicado dentro del baño, que era imposible sentarse en el y cerrar la puerta del baño. Me ofrecieron cambio de habitacion al 3er piso. Eran IGUALES a las del 5to piso, pero SIN balcón. La persona que está a cargo se comunica por WA pero no está en el Hotel, y no hay un WA de la recepción, ni un teléfono en la habitación. Me hicieron "el favor" de subir y bajar mi equipaje por la escalera. Ho habia mesas de luz ni sillas. No volvería nunca.

Lack of bedside light and table, comfortable chairs.

Les murs en cartons. Chambre défraichis et très petite. Pas du tout comme sur les photos

It was very loud, the photos felt misleading, our room was far smaller than expected

The hotel is nothing like what is advertised. The photos are completely misleading. They lure you down there with the idea that your stay will be great because the rooms are priced low and have great value. But what they do not tell you is it’s completely unsafe at this property. It’s hideous there, the rooms are way smaller than what’s pictured, there are huge gaps around windows and doors which makes you feel like there is no way to ensure security of my personal property or just feel safe myself. The have a huge printed document nailed to a wall in the lobby that says in Spanish the the hotel is not responsible for anything that goes missing or is lost from your room. Then there’s the issue with the stairs. It does clearly say they have no elevator however it doesn’t mention that the stairs you will climb are not ordinary stairs, they are a mix of uneven stones, concrete, pavers etc that are difficult to manage on your own let alone with luggage. I refused to stay at this place because I did not feel safe, I could not manage their terrible stairs and the rooms were not what was advertised. I instead had to rebook and stay somewhere. I requested an immediate cancellation and refund of which the hotel took 48 hours to respond to and then refused. I have contacted booking to assist with this matter and they have been told by this hotel many excuses such as “the manager is out” “only managers can process refunds “ “ the manager is still unavailable “ and when they email directly to the property there’s no response. When they email the managers direct account they ignore the email. I’m being told to call the property, provide photos of the actual property as proof that they lied, or accept a %15 travel credit. None of which is acceptable. Do not be fooled by this property. Be smart and book at a reputable place that at least will not use dishonest and deceptive practices.

It did not have an elevator. Repairs/renovations in the room very funky. Bathroom was a squeeze. Sink in the bedroom...and needed better lighting. The pool was too cold.

Toilet area was very small, my knees touched the wall. No bath rug and no hand towel.

Very noisy a night, bring earplugs. Pool was very cold.
