Localização melhor para a região LGBT não há!
Pros:

Localização impecável! Quartos limpos. Problema são as escadas. Ok, fui avisado, porém se tivesse elevadores com certeza seria melhor. Entretanto, me hospedaria lá novamente tranquilo!

Cons:

Escadas até o quinto andar. Não fui enganado, eu fui avisado. Não estou culpado o hotel, porém seria uma melhoria no conforto.

i love it there, and even thou what happened on feb 22/26, i had a great time.
Pros:

i have stayed at this location for a number of times now. the staff is friendly, always willing to answer any questions. i had requested getting the same room from last year, and asked for a refrigerator, and got both, which was excellent.
wish the pool got more sun, but its a refreshing spot to cool down after being out in the hot sun.

Pros:

The place is colorful and clean. The reception desk is right by the entrance and it has a nice lobby to wait and get attended. They were friendly.

Cons:

What I saw when I got there to the location was not how they described it on line. I was on a business trip and needed something peaceful and quiet. The room was too small. The location is right by the busiest street, so its very noisy. You can hear buses, honking, motorcycles, Trucks so on. They put me on the Fifth floor Boy that was a lot of stairs to get to my room. and its facing the sun which made the room a bit hot. I requested another room with A/C but the room was next to a Generator and I could hear the buzzing and noise every time it kicked in. I wouldn’t be able to sleep. Hotel Hacienda should update their pictures since the rooms they showed me don’t look like the pictures on line. Plus I found out they do not allow visitors, which was not a good agenda since I have to do consultations. Within 10 min I gave them a cancellation request. I had to find other accomodations. The receptionist kept saying contact booking and go through them. I sent an email in english and spanish to the hotel but They avoided my request and ignored my online messges. I did contact Booking and was able to talk with customer service and they tried contacting the Hotel and they also got no response. So disappointing they kept all my money and I didn’t even stay there.

Comfortable and affordable option.
Pros:

The staff were really nice and the beds were comfy. They will safely store valuables for you at reception which is helpful. The pool was also great and it's very central!

Cons:

It's very noisy but you expect that for the location. The toilet didn't work when I arrived but they fixed it quickly so not reallly an issue. Just generally a little dingy. Light coming into the room when you try to sleep.

Charmingly “old Mexico” in style, rather a rarity in PV these days. Friendly & helpful staff. Small but adequate & clean pool. A couple of bare-bones but pleasant lounging areas in which to have breakfast or a coffee. Room simple but v clean. Pleasantly surprised to find a small refrigerator. Bed comfortable, towels good. Housekeeping good. Water coolers on each floor. Good location on eastern edge of Zona Romantica.

Cons:

Internet service spotty w/ frequent freezes, requiring one to switch between its 3 wifi sources. No in-room safe, valuables had to be left @ front desk.
