Ich war zum 3. Mal im Barceló Hamburg - und ich werde sicher wieder hierher kommen!
Pros:

Ich war zum 3. Mal im Barceló Hamburg, und zum 3. mal sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind gross und bequem, die Lage ist super, das Personal ist das beste überhaupt, freundlich und zuvorkommend, persönlich und humorvoll, sowohl an der Recéption als auch im Restaurant/Bar, sowohl am Morgen als auch am Abend. A propos Restaurant: die Tapas dort sind der Hammer. Ich habe auch schon in Spanien welche genossen, aber die im Restaurant 1700 können locker mithalten - zu sehr fairen Preisen. Auch wenn Ihr nicht im Barceló übernachtet, das Restaurant solltet Ihr trotzdem besuchen :-)

Cons:

Kleines Detail (habe den Hinweis auch an der Reception hinterlassen): die Gummispritzer der tollen Regenduschen müssen ab und zu durch Reiben von Kalk befreit werden, sonst regnet es nicht, sondern spritzt kreuz und quer - in meinem Zimmer habe ich das selbst rasch gemacht. Die Dinger sind halt sehr weit oben, ich kann verstehen, dass das nicht immer gemacht werden kann, und tragisch ist es ja auch nicht.

Eine Nacht in Hamburg
Pros:

Unkompliziertes einchecken, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, moderne Einrichtung der Zimmer, die große Dusche, Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus, das vielfältige Frühstück. Die Größe des Bettes!

Cons:

Der hygienische Zustand des Haarföhns. Der Filter komplett mit Hautschuppen und Haaren anderer Menschen verklebt und der Föhn schmuddelig in der Hand (Foto leider nicht vorhanden). In der Damentoilette im Erdgeschoss neben dem Restaurant waren teilweise die Wände in der Kabine verschmiert und der rechte Wasserhahn am Waschbecken funktionierte nicht (kein Hinweisschild vorhanden). Die Tür in der Kabine musste man vorsichtig handhaben, da man sonst die restliche verschraubte Kabinenwand mit aus der Verankerung gehebelt hätte. Sollte man vielleicht Mal wieder richtig befestigen.

Raumduft ist etwas Schönes, jedoch ist weniger oft mehr. Zumindest in den Zimmern würde ich mir wünschen, diesen selbst regulieren oder komplett ausschalten zu können. Da ich Allergiker und Asthmatiker bin, machte mir die Luft zu schaffen.

Zusätzlich könnte ich mir eine Informationsmappe in den Zimmern gut vorstellen, in der eine Sammlung von Hausordnung, Bedienung des Telefons und der technischen Einrichtung (inkl. des W-LAN-Codes) zu finden sind. Vielleicht noch mit einer kleinen Map von der näheren Umgebung und der nächsten Haltestelle der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen (rund 10 Gehminuten vom Hamburger Hauptbahnhof) und eignet sich bestens für einen Städtetrip. Mit den zahlreichen U-Bahn-Stationen in der Umgebung ist die Unterkunft auch gut für all jene erreichbar, die weniger gut zu Fuss sind. DIe Ausstattung des Hotels entspricht einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und ruhig. Das Bett war gemütlich und alles war sauber. Beim Frühstück gab es eine tolle Auswahl und die Lage ist wirklich super, man kann fußläufig viel erkunden. Die Parkgebühren fanden wir mit 29€ für die Lage und bis 18Uhr am Abreise Tag wirklich fair!

Cons:

Beim Check in mussten wir nochmals runter weil die Zimmerkarte nicht direkt richtig eingespielt wurde. Sowas kann passieren aber ist natürlich nicht ideal, wenn man nicht direkt ins Zimmer kann.

Schönes Stadthotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und das offene Badezimmer mit großer Dusche.

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr gut und auch die Kissen, nur die Bettdecke war etwas schwer oder zu dick.
