Decent Hotel for the Price/Great On-Site Restaurant

Great staff and an amazing restaurant.

Cons:

The two men upstairs above my room sounded like they were rearranging furniture until 1AM and then continued to be loud by talking, slamming their door multiple times, going up and down the stairs, clicking their key Fob on their car, and even hitting the panic button a couple times, all from 11PM to 6 AM. I literally slept 1.5 hours in this room due to the ignorance of the other hotel guests. I was jarred awake every 5-10 mimutes. Clearly, these morons were partying/drugging. No shade being thrown at the hotel or staff, but I'd prefer not to stay at a hotel where inconsiderate people stay.

Pues no sé que paso con booking porque reserve por una cantidad y resulta que al llegar al hotel estaba 350 pesos más barato y me dijeron que eso es problema de Booking , y eso que tengo el nivel 2.... Muy mal la aplicación

The outlets didn’t work. There was a Tv, but there was no control for it. Some of the bedding has stains as well

Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Restaurant is a great perk. . Amenities are basic but clean and worth the price. We are never disappointed when we stay here.

Cons:

Beds aren't bad but could be more comfortable. Better pillows would be nice
