Hello, I need to make an urgent formal complaint and request a full refund for my booking. I arrived at the property and found serious safety, cleanliness and comfort problems. The room was extremely cold because the air conditioning could not be switched to heating or turned off properly, the blanket was too thin to keep me warm, the bedsheet was dusty and made my body itchy, and the bathroom was very old and unhygienic. The room door and lock also did not feel secure, and the elevator was extremely old and stopped while I was inside.

I reported the problems immediately to reception and gave the hotel an opportunity to resolve them. I was offered another room, but it had the same problems, and an apartment opposite the hotel was also offered, which I did not consider a safe or suitable alternative. The hotel refused to refund me.

I left the property within less than one hour and did not stay overnight. I have photos and evidence of the conditions. This was not a change of mind; I had to leave because the accommodation was not safe or acceptable to stay in. I am requesting a full refund and would like this case to be escalated to Booking.com Customer Service.

Lo que más me gustó es cuando salí corriendo a otro hotel a pesar que pagué por dos noches porque en las fotos se ve bien me tuve que ir

No me gustó nada empezando el trato en recepción, ascensor, habitación baño puerta cama ventana en fin nada de nada todo está muy muy viejo manchado roto no funciona nada NO recomiendo este sitio al 1000%

Cons:

We stayed there before. However it looks like the hotel is going older and worse. Never ending constructions. Elevator did not work. Some problems with water in the bathroom.
But as we needed to stay one late night, it was ok.
