Very disappointed in the room size and smoke smell
Pros:

It was located conveniently by the freeway

Cons:

When booking with a third-party it was misleading and when I booked a room, it said it was a room with the Jacuzzi tub in it and when I arrived they claimed they didn’t have any of those. I paid way too much money for a room they didn’t even have and they didn’t even give me a discount because of their misleading add for a room very disappointing

Amazing stay will be back again a stay away from home
Pros:

My mom and I came here to celebrate our thanksgiving a day early and the property is extremely beautiful local near all amazing restaurants and places to visit

The staff on property were super sweet and helpful they welcomed us during our stay and accommodated us very well we have a feeling this will be our main residence inn in San Juan Capistrano to visit in the future

Also some name mentions, Alexander was amazing, on the phone early with helping me with my issue with my mom leaving behind a package after we checked out and also the pool and Jacuzzi had an beautiful breathtaking view

great location near highway! some good restaurant near in Dana Point, Jimmies recommended. Rooms are clean!! Bit outdated, but very spacious with a small kitchen.

Breakfast was below average in selection and quality. The breakfast area was a little scruffy, uncleared/unwiped tables. Open, almost overflowing trash disposal area. Even tho it was included in the room rate, we skipped the breakfast on our second morning and went out

Great Stay . Excellent staff
Pros:

Stayed here for the weekend on a staycation drove up from San Diego. Excellent hotel. The staff is great very nice and accommodating. My son loved the pool and the mini golf area. Breakfast was ok could have been a bit better . I wanted to heat up someone but they don't have a microwave at breakfast. But that's the only complaint. Excellent stay overall.
