You get what you pay for I guess
Pros:

Good service, good complementary breakfast, friendly staff

Cons:

Got a room with a window that was right in front of a light, curtains didn’t block the light enough it was tough to sleep. Did not get the room I booked.

I put in a room that should have been put on change! The heat did not work, they gave me a space heater not capable of heating the room. I should have a refund. No protein item for brft.

Over priced, double charged and poor service.

Cons:

Got double charged for my stay and never got my money back or anything. I reserved a king bed 3 weeks before our stay and I got there and they had a 2 queen bed room, not what I reserved. The staff was rude and not at all helpful.

This room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The heating unit didn't work at all. You couldn't close the black out shades, so the spot lights from the building next door shined in my room all night long. People were in and out slamming the door until 330 p.m., and you could hear a generator all night long. I didn't get any sleep. As for the reservation, I made all arrangements online and specifically for me and my dog. I paid for everything, but when I got there they said I owed another 50 dollars for my dog. That's ridiculous booking.com already figured in this for my payment. It was already to late so I had to pay it. I wouldn't stay here again.

Very friendly evening and breakfast staff.
Pros:

The breakfast hostess was always super nice and always greeted me. Same with the afternoon and evening front desk staff. They were friendly, happy and always had a kind word.

Cons:

There wasn't any fresh fruit at breakfast or plain bread to toast.

The only issue was they did not clean the room during my stay. It was only 2 days but still for that price I expect the bed made towels renewed and trash taken out, daily.
