Cama no muy cómoda. No era un desastre y supongo que va en gustos, pero era demasiado blanda para mi

Do WC e da insonorização do quarto.
Las camas muy malas. Pedí cambiar la habitación. El personal de la recepción muy amable nos dio otra habitación.
No había Internet ni en la habitación ni en el comedor. El restaurante muy bueno.
El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado en la ciudad, céntrico pero tampoco en exceso por lo tanto había mucha tranquilidad. La habitación amplia, limpia y con aire acondicionado, con servicio de limpieza cada mañana. El baño excepcional, secador de pelo incluido y productos como champú, gel de ducha, etc. Teníamos el desayuno incluido y tenía mucha variedad y todo estaba muy bueno. Además el personal siempre con predisposición a ayudar y muy agradable, nos hicieron el favor de llamar a un taxi para que nos recogiera en la puerta del hotel. Nos dejaron guardar allí las maletas durante un par de horas después del check-out sin ningún coste adicional.

No es que no me gustase, lo reservé el día de antes asique no me quejo, pero prefería una cama de matrimonio que dos individuales.

Cleanliness, good location
No tea and coffee facilities in the room. No water provided. No shower caps or cotton pads provided. Had to pay for ice for our cold water - unacceptable !. Curtains in room inadequate as did nor fit window, so woke up early. Despite “Do not disturb sign in door” hotel guests etc ignored it and at 0700, they spoke out loud…

El parking está mal señalado,es de difícil acceso,la planta -4 parece un vertedero de muebles.El pan de la hamburguesa estaba duro y chicloso y encima muy cara.La wifi del hotel no iba bien siquiera para escuchar la radio.El desayuno muy discreto (los 2 tipos de cereales muy azucarados),sin apenas fruta.Pido que me hagan factura,me dicen que me la mandan por mail durante la mañana….y sin respuesta alguna.
La ubicación
No utilizamos las instalaciones, por lo que no podemos opinar, Lo que más me gusto fue la ubicación, está muy cerca del centro y en los alrededores tenías donde desayunar, comprar...
