el servicio de la cafetería pedimos dos vasos de agua caliente para subirlos a la habitación y.nos cobraron 4 euros como si fueran dos infusiones en un dos vasos de carton
Cuando en todos los hoteles que nos hemos alojado nunca nos han cobrado y nos la dan el agua de cafeteta con taza ..plato y cuchara.

Localización, a 2 minutos andando de la zona vieja.
La cama bastante incómoda, la decoración del hotel se debería renovar pues parecen los hoteles a los que iban la generación de los años 80-90..un lavado de cara le vendría bien.
Me gusto que tiene una ubicación cercana a todo el casco historico, nuestra habitación era grande y luminosa y el precio fué muy económico tanto de la habitación como menu y bufett de desayuno.
No me gusto que el termostato, para controlar la temperatura no funcionaba y que la ropa de cama era una manta en lugar de un edredon. Se nota que es un hotel que tiene mucho trote

Heizung defekt, Handdusche defekt und das Frühstück was wie ich nur das am Ballermann vorstelle. Das Hotel scheint eher auf Bus Touren von Rentnern ausgelegt.
Muy lindo
La amplitud de la habitación y la comodidad de la cama. Está en una zona muy tranquila sin apenas ruido del exterior y en 10 minutos andando se llega a la Plaza Mayor. El parking dispone de plazas amplias y de fácil acceso. Desde allí se puede acceder a la habitación por medio del ascensor, lo cual resulta muy cómodo.
