Disappointed to find roaches in our room, although the management was responsible with exterminator response. One air conditioner didn't work and was never fixed, ceiling fans would work when they wanted mysteriously. Good location but you have to cut through Lions Dive ( excellent stay last year) to access beach and amenities. Good convenience store and cafe on premises.

My sisters and I travelled from the USA, Scotland and Australia to celebrate a special birthday in Curacao where we all lived 60 years ago. We had the most fantastic time The Dolphin Suites suited our needs perfectly. The staff were outstanding in respect of friendliness and helpfulness, the accommodation very spacious and clean, lift access was good and it was not noisy. We particularly liked the easy access to the beach where the swimming was just brilliant.

Wow this place exceeded our expectations. We did not stay here but did use the spa services and visit the reef restaurant. We were looking for spa services for all three of us, when the customer service person realized there was no availability for the three of us throughout our stay, she took our number and reached out to the massage therapist to see if she could come in another day this week. She circled back with us promptly via WhatsApp to confirm this was possible, sent us our itinerary and the whole experience was amazing. The massage therapist is so talented, we all left there completely relaxed. This shop went so above and beyond to accommodate us, I wish we were staying longer so we could visit again.

Hotel naprawdę spełnia oczekiwania. Pomimo że ma 3*** czystość obsługa jak i ludzie tam pracujący zasługują na więcej. Pomocni we wszystkim. Jeden telefon i zarezerwowali nam wycieczkę katamaranem .Takie podejście się ceni.Lokalizacja wspaniała wystarczy przejść przez ulicę i już się jest plaży Mambo Beach z dużą ilością barów i restauracji. Plusem Hotelu jest to że zapewnia leżaki jak i parasole na plaży Mambo Beach

My family came down over the holidays, and we enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin Suites. I believe the "wellness" part is more recuperation than pampering because every room was set up for disabled guests. The rooms were fine, no frills. We were in the old section adjacent to the pool. The new section boasts the restaurant, which was very nice, but was a little awkward for us. Never really sure what was included, who was helping us, what we were supposed to do. The restaurant closed at 4:00 pm each day. All the employees were very nice.

The property is in a great location across the street from Mambo Beach, with lots of bars and restaurants and a great boardwalk for shopping. The beaches seemed to be man-made, with artificial reefs creating a swimming area. The sandy areas were small and filled with chaises and umbrellas, which you will need to pay for. Dolphin Suites supposedly has free access to one section of the beach, but it was pretty far down, so we never used it.

We had a nice stay, and I'm sure the price was right (my wife made the arrangements) but I would suggest taking a look at the Lions Dive Resort, directly across the street, and on the beach, or other resorts towards Williamsted.

Gostamos da localização e do bom atendimento das pessoas. Apesar do hotel não ter academia eles tem um desconto com uma completa e pertinho (íamos à pé). Outro ponto é que, apesar de não ser pé na areia, tem convênio com o beach club Madero no Mabo Beach que íamos também à pé. Adoramos tudo!

Schönes großes Zimmer, sehr leckeres Frühstück, schöne Einrichtung, Lage zum Strand und Boulevard mit vielen Restaurants und Läden (wenige Minuten Fußweg). Großer Parkplatz.

Fijn hotel op goeie locatie. Loopafstand strand waardoor net iets rustiger dan strand hotels. Schone ruime appartementen en lief personeel. Goeie kaart met lekker eten!

We recently returned from a 6 night stay and it was disappointing. For the 6 nights, our room was only made up 2 times. I understand not making up the room on Xmas day, but the rest of the time there was no reason. We had to frequently ask for towels (they seemed short on towels, both beach towels and room towels). On a 3rd time, repeated nagging brought housekeeping but all they did was make up the beds -- no trash emptying or towels. They never really cleaned the glasses/dishes - they seemed to only rinse them which left food and spots and they were placed with the clean dishes. Breakfast service was extremely slow - it starts at 7:3 but we had to check in with the dive boat by 8 and despite ordering simple food (yogurt w/fruit) we were still late. The rooms on the main floor are quite noisy - both from the lobby noise and upstairs. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure.

We have been terribly disappointed in the housekeeping and service. We're on the 4th day of 7 days and it is a struggle to get clean towels and the room cleaned. There were 2 towels when we arrived. No hand towels. We asked for extra towels and got them. We asked for towels yesterday and after 2 requests today, still do not have towels. We asked 2 times to have the room cleaned. It happened later today, but it doesn't look much cleaner. They left several empty bottles and trash on the counter - they were there because the only trash can in the room was a tiny one in the bathroom. When asked for assistance, staff are kind but slow to respond, if they do respond. We've been so disappointed in the room, the service, and the lack of follow-through it has colored our entire experience of the island.

Excellent cozy family friendly resort. Staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. Salt water and mineral water pools were refreshing. Excellent location, close to Mambo Beach, a beautiful, clean sand beach, with free access to Madeiro Beach Club. Close to restaurants and shops of Mambo Beach Blvd. Comfortable rooms. A nice touch to have pool toys and floats for kids and sand toys to borrow for the beach as well as drying rack in room for wet swim suits. On-site Reef Restaurant had delicious breakfasts. It was great to have a complimentary shuttle to grocery store.
Only suggestions are to have daily housekeeping and full sized pillows for beds and face/wash cloths in hotel suites.
