Overall it was not worth what I paid for two nights
Pros:

Nice size for 4 people nice location. Carlos was very nice as well

Cons:

Outdated. Apartment looked nothing like the pictures. Stain on the comforter and curtain rod was broke. The room was very hot and the AC did not work well

La ubicación genial,con varias paradas de metro,tiendas de comestibles,supermercado,restaurantes locales y posibilidad de ir dando un paseo a la zona más turística.
Cama muy confortable, baño estupendo,buena limpieza.
Recepcionistas muy amables.

La habitación un poco pequeña y el mobiliario algo sencillo,pero suficiente.

Nice stay, lovely location
Pros:

Clean, lift worked, excellent location, aircon worked, 24/7 reception

Cons:

Check in staff told us to leave our key at reception when we would go out (I find this a little odd), but more the problem was that other staff would then look like it was a bother to them when you gave them the key like asked…?
The room was smaller than expected, but it is manageable, maybe tricky if you have a lot of luggage / large suitcases.

Très déçus pour un hôtel 3 étoiles
Pros:

La chambre est bien aménagée malgré le peu d’espace qu’il y a. Le lit est très confortable. La proximité des transports publics est top.

Cons:

Ce n’est pas du tout insonorisé. On entend tout même un éternuement dans la chambre d’à côté. Nos voisins de porte faisaient du bruit une grande partie de la nuit et cela s’entendait depuis l’accueil mais aucun membre du personnel n’a jamais rien dit. Comme je l’ai dit ce n’est pas insonorisé du tout, on entend les personnes mais aussi la circulation dehors malgré qu’on soit logés au quatrième étage.

Excellent location which suited my needs for just 3 nights.
Pros:

Excellent location for my needs. Staff are very nice; the buffet breakfast is good. The shower was good and the water temperature reliable.

Cons:

The room I was allocated was at the back of the hotel with no view to speak of and was quite noisy as a result of either other guests or residents and being very closely located to the lift. I have previously stayed in a front street facing room which was in my opinion much better. It would have been nice to have one English speaking or sub-titled TV Channel.
