Bardzo udany pobyt, polecam serdecznie!
Pros:

Nowoczesny obiekt, spokojny i elegancki. Bardzo dobre śniadania 🍳 i uśmiechnięta obsługa i zawsze bardzo pomocna ❤️ mega wygodne leżaki przy basenie!

Very unique modern architecture. A "path in a botanical garden" winding down between the different wings of the hotel. Very nicely curated exteriors.
We had breakfast and dinner booked there and were very happy with the quality and the choices including vegan/vegetarian options.
The location is about an easy 15 min walk to the down-town area of Puerto del Carmen. (Be aware that Puerto del Carmen is very touristy.) The location is also a great starting point for hikes along the coast towards Puerto Calero and beyond.

Cons:

The Hotel is nicer outside than inside the rooms. The rooms are very spacious, but the "forced modern style of a few years ago" is staring to wear and tear a bit.
The Hotel is not directly on the sea-side , but in the middle of town above the harbour of Puerto del Carmen (and that has been clear - not a negative). Due to the hill-side location most rooms are advertised as having a sea-view, which however is a bit overrated: There are quite high black basalt walls along the balcony/garden area, so basically you can only see the sea standing at the wall. Also here depending on the room, you note mostly the rooftops and artistic structures of the hotel wings in front of you

Stillvolle Architektur. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage. Top-Service für die Aufbewahrung unserer E-Bikes. Grosszügige Zimmer.

Cons:

Der SPA musste reserviert werden und kostete 20 Euro pro Person. Die Sauna war zu wenig heiss 60 Grad. Das Dampfbad hingegen war viel zu heiß. Der Wasserdruck bei der Dusche ist sehr schwach.

Not what I paid for - I did not get to stay in this property due to a technical overbooking error
Pros:

I never got to stay in the Isla Del Mar, as they was an error with the booking system and when I booked through Booking.com they said my room was double booked. They moved me to a small bungalow 300 metres away. This was not ideal as I had to walk to the hotel for breakfast and to meet friends who were staying in the hotel. Also the hotel amenities were much nicer than the basic bungalow I was given. I was very disappointed that I did not get what I paid for, not sure if the Hotel or Booking.com is at fault, but no one has compensated me for this situation.

Absolutamente todo!! Pienso volver a repetir

No tengo nada que añadir, la cama hacia un poco de ruido pero eso no va a evitar que vuelva a ir y que lo recomiende

Bel endroit calme et reposant.
Pros:

L'endroit est très beau et calme.
Le lit était moyen et mal placé dans la chambre, tout au fond, sans vue.
La piscine était trop petite. Nous ne pouvions pas nager.
Le restaurant est très bon. Le petit déjeuner aussi.

Beautiful relaxing hotel.
Pros:

Everyone was friendly clean good breakfast room really spacious.bottle of water every day.

The spa didn’t have its sauna or steam room or jacuzzi working while we stayed there.

Architektur des Hauses, angelegte Gärten, Frühstück, Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Anlage

Cons:

Der Pool mit 1,20 Meter Tiefe war zum Schwimmen ungeeignet. Zudem wurde er erst um 11:00 geöffnet. Wir sind es gewohnt vor dem Frühstück noch zu schwimmen. Irritierend war, dass eine Jacke die meine Frau im Frühstücksraum versehentlich liegen lies, nach einer halben Stunde nicht mehr auffindbar war. Nach Rückfrage beim Personal: "Da war keine Jacke???" Eine Mauer vor der Terrasse versperrte uns die Sicht auf das Meer.
