L'hôtel d'une manière générale, le petit déjeuner vraiment très bien ainsi que le repas du soir.
Personnel très accueillant et sympathique.

La climatisation du restaurant qui est trop froide, un détail facile à corriger.
Breakfasts were great, our room was really nice - we had a family suite which was perfect for the two of us and our 19 year old daughter. We loved the chill out area slightly away from the pool as it had a lovely sea and harbour view and was quiet and not overlooked. Rooms very spacious and kept very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful with booking restaurants, taxis etc.
It would have been nice to have had a slightly bigger bar area and to have had another choice for evening food apart from their 'posh' restaurant but those are minor points. It's a very nice hotel with great staff and was just what we needed.

It is a short 10 minute walk to to the old town with a hilly walk back to the hotel but we didn’t mind that
The spa which I believe is solely owned but based in the hotel could maybe do with a relaxation area after your massage

La zona de la piscina es muy bonita, con las vistas al mar, a pesar de que hay más distancia al mar de la que apriori parece en las fotos.
El desayuno excelente.
El gimnasio es pequeño pero tiene lo necesario y con máquinas nuevas y bien conservadas.
El hotel está muy limpio
Que no tenga, posibilidad de comer más que en el pool bar con una carta muy limitada.
La cena que se da en el restaurante “La Isla” en media pensión, es de una calidad muy por debajo de un hotel de 5 estrellas. La mayor parte de los platos se acompañaban con base de rúcula, y la elaboración era simple.
En el baño eché en falta más productos de aseo en el lavabo, solo tenía jabón de manos, no sé si en todas es igual o solo fue en mi habitación

The staff were excellent
Un diseño espectacular, ambiente tranquilisimo, calma y silencio. Trato exquisito de todo el personal, en especial Leo, Danilea y Claudia que son super profesionales y cercanos.
Es un lugar que recordaremos y suma muchísimo a la visita de la isla.
Quizas el restaurante es muy adecuado para el desayuno y algo mas justito en la cena, pero en cualquier caso aprueba.
