Lugar perfecto para relajarte y disfrutar de una buena gastronomía.
Pros:

Las instalaciones y el personal fueron fantásticos.

Cons:

No doy un 10 porque el AA no funcionó del todo bien, no había manera de ajustar el termostato a la temperatura deseada y las instalaciones de agua caliente no funcionaron adecuadamente. Por todo lo demás de las mejores estáncias en Ias que he estado.

Excelente todo
Pros:

Todo el persobal es super agradable, desayuno buenisimo y von atencion de Mar Salinas que nos atendía super bien cada dia, y la cena Carlos, también muy buen trabajador, y el resto de empleado tambien aunque no recuerdo el nombre, incluida la recepcionista. El hotel esta super bien y muy limpio.

Cons:

Quizas el precio es un poco excesivo, aunque esta bien es un poco.

Pros:

Quite a walk from the strip. A little bit out from everything, but nice if you want a quieter location.

Pros:

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente. Ambienti silenziosi e ben organizzati. Colazione eccezionale, anche se in alcuni orari un po’ caotica. Servizio impeccabile e receptionists molto cordiali. Possibilità di parcheggio chiuso in struttura.

Cons:

Siamo stati intrattenuti da un membro dello staff che ci ha messo un po’ a disagio, anche se credo l intento fosse opposto. Alcuni vicini fumavano un po’ troppo.

Einfach atemberaubend – für uns war dieser Aufenthalt ein absoluter Traum!

Schon beim Betreten des Hotels waren wir begeistert. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und makellos sauber. Gleiches gilt für die gesamte Hotelanlage und die Pools. Der Ausblick ist einfach fantastisch und sorgt vom ersten Moment an für Urlaubsgefühl.

Ein absolutes Highlight war die Kulinarik. Wer gerade eine Diät macht, sollte sich gut überlegen, hierherzukommen – denn das Essen ist einfach unglaublich. Es gibt eine riesige Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten und hochwertigen Speisen, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert haben. Für uns war das Essen auf höchstem Niveau.

Auch das Personal verdient ein großes Lob. Alle Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt.

Die gesamte Anlage war während unseres Aufenthalts hervorragend gepflegt und überall herrschte eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Man merkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Qualität und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird.

Für uns hat hier einfach alles gestimmt – von der Sauberkeit über den Service bis hin zum Essen und der wunderschönen Hotelanlage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Bitte macht genauso weiter!

Cons:

Wenn wir überhaupt einen kleinen Kritikpunkt nennen müssten, dann wäre es der Toaster im Restaurant. Dieser hat morgens und abends beim Benutzen etwas laut gequietscht, vermutlich weil ein bewegliches Teil nicht mehr ganz leichtgängig war. Das ist aber wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit und hat unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck des Hotels in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt.

Localização excelente no centro da ilha, perto do aeroporto e junto à povoação.
Hotel bastante calmo, staff muito muito atencioso e em permanente serviço.

First but not last stay!!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. They couldn't do enough for you to make sure you were happy.The rooms were spotless and very comfortable with everything you could need. The hotel over all was very clean and well looked after, it had a very luxurious feel to it. The breakfast was excellent, good choices whether you wanted healthy or some indulgence really plenty to choose from. There was fabulous views from the chill out area where you could have something to eat or drink when at the pool. Overall really had an amazing stay at the hotel and will definitely go back.

Cons:

The only thing that was a pain was the up hill walk to the hotel. Now there are buses that do pass it, but it was just a bit of a trek if you were walking. If I was a bit older it would put me off. But it was a good way of walking off all the nice food and drinks consumed on the holiday, you don't feel so bad then!!😁
