Beautiful relaxing hotel.
Pros:

Everyone was friendly clean good breakfast room really spacious.bottle of water every day.

Cons:

The spa didn’t have its sauna or steam room or jacuzzi working while we stayed there.

Architektur des Hauses, angelegte Gärten, Frühstück, Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Anlage

Cons:

Der Pool mit 1,20 Meter Tiefe war zum Schwimmen ungeeignet. Zudem wurde er erst um 11:00 geöffnet. Wir sind es gewohnt vor dem Frühstück noch zu schwimmen. Irritierend war, dass eine Jacke die meine Frau im Frühstücksraum versehentlich liegen lies, nach einer halben Stunde nicht mehr auffindbar war. Nach Rückfrage beim Personal: "Da war keine Jacke???" Eine Mauer vor der Terrasse versperrte uns die Sicht auf das Meer.

Wonderful hotel in a great location with amazing staff
Pros:

The staff were all amazing. Friendly, helpful and happy to chat.

Cons:

The bed & pillows were good but not excellent and no different types of pillow. Beer at the pool bar wasn’t great and was warm.

Pros:

Fantastic Breakfast. I must mention the exceptional work and service of both staff members Daniel & Carlos. I must also commend David Vazquez (spelling?) for his exceptional cocktail making skills in the hotel bar. Beds are large and very comfortable. It's generally very quiet in this part of town. The steep hill up from Old Town is actually a good thing, because it does not attract late night revellers from Downtown. Anything we asked for was granted promptly by the exceptional staff. Nothing was too much trouble. In addition to bus tours, I recommend hiring a car for the day from the hotel reception. Car is dropped off at reception and is great value. Great Service.

Breakfast Closing time was pulled in from 11:00 to 10:30 without warning.

Ideal for our purposes and very comfortable with good staff.
Pros:

Very large, nice rooms, and with your own terrace. Good breakfast, and extremely helpful staff.

Cons:

Food in the buffet restaurant was very good but expensive, and the restaurant lacked atmosphere.
