I liked that the hotel was very centrally
I was disappointed we had a room with balcony the noise on the street was very bad dustbin lorry at after midnight and a very loud buzzing noise coming from somewhere out side untill midnight, also lots of wot sounded like road works as road where closed off dew to road works this was also late into the early hours maybe we should have been given a room over the pool also the pillows were so old and very flat had to put towels underneath them , not a pitcher in sight in the room it was very bare and uninviting , and the breakfast was cold and plates also cold , the bar was not open no English Chanel on tv , all in all very poor I stayed in this hotel a few time many years ago in the eighties but would not stay again I felt there was no heart here any more please open your bar for customers staying in you hotel poor show hotel Fontana plazer .
How friendly the staff are. Clean, fresh, well maintained.
The extras for the pet and parking can be expensive if staying a few days or more.
Could do with tea/ coffee facilities in the room, especially after such a long day travelling.

Suciedad, mal trato en recepcion el dia que llegamos, el bufet escado y maña calidad
Todo en general. Servicio, limpieza, ubicación, confort……..
Más variedad en el Buffet del desayuno y más iluminación en los baños ya que iba de comunión y apenas veía para maquillarme y mi marido para afeitarse y quitarnos los pelitos de las cejas o barbilla.

The air conditioning did not work if you set it below 20 degrees in our room.
The pool is only open from June to August, and should be open from May to August in my view.

Stary hotel, wszystko w pokoju powinno już być dawno wymienione na nowe. Jeden kontakt w pokoju , bardzo słabe oświetlenie łazienki. Hotel wyłącznie na jedną noc.

Réception vide, désagréable et mal nettoyée.
Betalte ekstra og fikk rom med balkong mot bassenget.
Frokosten var ikke så god. Søtt brød og dårlig kaffe. Eggene var kalde og hadde sort farge mellom plommen og hviten.
