Although this hotel is located in a good location for the beach area it is very hemmed in with narrow streets surrounding it and no parking. The hotel parking is quite pricey and you can't reserve this in advance so it's a lottery. There are public parking garages available but they are expensive which makes for a costly time on top of your holiday cost. The bus station is not far away so if possible go by bus rather than take a car. Goodness only knows what it's like in the summer as my trip was off season and there was so much traffic everywhere. The hotel staff were friendly and overall the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Only positive was the reception.
Restaurant: poor, tasteless, cold, no variation, ...I had better food in the army.
Room: not clean, poor furniture, not possible to stay on the balcony...street noise.
Car parking: not connected to hotel, small places,....
Swimmingpool: tiny, no place to sunbathe
Totally not recommended.

Went with friend hotel quite central to everywhere. We had to walk from drop off point to it flew jet2. Clean and tidy.staff ok some more pleasant than others. Had to pay returnable €10 each not sure why. Couldnt get drinks before 11am, not even water . Room was clean though shower only had one door on so flooded everytime used it. Balcony was ok pigeons everywhere though. Had extra blankets in case and fridge. There is a safe you have to pay €5 a day for that which wasnt said anywhere.
You need earplugs not because of outside noise because the walls are so thin! We had young man one side and very amourous coupke other! When they moved out we got another! With 2 yappy dogs as added bonus! So between the couple and the dogs no sleep was had. We complained the day after and they did offer to change rooms we only had one night left so werent worth it. Food was buffet and varied with fresh meat being cooked to order. Catered to mpst countries there was 'snack bar' qpen 4pm-6pm near the pool and youveat in that area.
There wasnt much entertainmen disco every night with same music. It was all right place to lay your head not much for children thankfully i didnt have to cater for that

I was abit worried after reading the reviews, but we had the best time, great location and clean hotel, nice pools and staff really friendly and accommodating! Will be back x

Sehr saubere Zimmer

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.

Unfortunately, the rest of the service left a lot to be desired. The housekeeping staff were very rude, and their service ends at 2 PM — after that time, you can’t even request clean towels, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars.

That said, one staff member truly stood out and saved our stay — the night shift receptionist, I believe from Romania, offered exceptional service. He was by far the most polite and helpful person we encountered at the hotel. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference in our experience.

There is definitely a lot of room for improvement, and aside from that one staff member, I would not consider this a true 4-star hotel.

Sentralt hotell med fantastisk frokost. Rommet var rent og komfortabelt med en stor terrasse med solsenger, bord og stoler. Personalet var utrolig hyggelige og serviceinnstilt.

Bon etablissement de maniere générale. Personnel sympathique. Seuls les buffets repas sont très peu variés au vue du standing de l’etablissement.

On arrival and first appearance the hotel looked ok. We were met in reception by Brian who was great. There was a bit of chaos around paying the room tax and then a deposit for our all inclusive bands but was all sorted and went to our rooms. These were ok. Not amazing. Didn’t look the cleanest, safe didn’t work nor did the air con or the main shower head. we made it down to catch the last of the buffet dinner. This wasn’t great. I’m glad I recently started eating meat again other wise i would have struggled. Had some Pork which was cooked in front of me but avoided the tuna pizza (????). As a group of girls I know we aren’t always the quietest but we got shushed by another guest! We discovered in the bar that the range of all inclusive drinks was awful. Not even local copies of brand spirits. (Anything brand had to be paid for) the hotel appeared to be frequented by a lot of people on saga holidays and I felt positively young. The bar staff were slow and always seemed genuinely annoyed to be there. After coming home from a night out we were informed the police were being called due to our loud behaviour. (We had only just got back in).
Next day we discovered that the photos on the website did not resemble the hotel at all and they must have used some amazing angles! The hotel is surrounded by buildings so the pool is in the shade until lunch time the upper deck has been covered in artificial grass and looks pretty grim and the hot tub isn’t hot or even warm. My friend slipped down the tile steps so that’s a hazard. We spent most of our day shopping instead.
The hotel floods when it rains. Water pours through the ceiling in the bar and our level the corridors flooded! Two members of staff were sent to push the water back out the fire exit. The food in the food hall didn’t improve. The only thing I did enjoy was the lasagne. But I wasn’t spending ages in the queue with the saga lot just to get a salad. I got told by the world’s grumpiest bar man that he could only speak French or Spanish when I ordered two beers. So ordered du biere which didn’t seem to impress him either.
Overall it was a pretty rubbish hotel only made better by the reception staff and the fact that I was with my friends. Oh, also we have all been ill, one by one since the 2nd day of our 3 night holiday. This is not even a 3 star hotel. I won’t be recommending to anyone

The hotel staff are amazing, friendly and polite, our room was great, comfortable and cleaned every day, if the shower gel bottles run out just take them off and leave them in the bathroom they do fill them up, no entertainment however, just music, pool area is lovely, food is ok, had worse, but also had better, would I stay here again? Absolutely i would, but be aware lloret de mar is very much geared for the younger age group, no entertainment in any bars etc, for us older dudes, found a couple of good karaoke bars though,

such a beautiful stay. staff are so friendly and clearly love what they do, food was amazing and fresh, never felt overcrowded and lovely location :)

I would rate this a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star. Favourite parts were the food, waiting staff, room size and location. Cleaning I would say needs improving as the floor wasn't clean also needed to request hand soap, and air con doesn't work all the time.

L'hotel non corrisponde certamente ad un quattro stelle, ma è da considerarsi un discreto tre stelle. Gli aspetti negativi sono la cucina, che lascia molto a desiderare per qualità e varietà ( per es.carne di maiale tutte le sere); la pulizia della camera piuttosto superficiale, (abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in bagno); nessun canale televisivo italiano, mentre c'erano quelli francesi, tedeschi, russi... La posizione dell' hotel è perfetta.

Remontti kosteissa tiloissa on tulollaan, tilat ja materiaalit paikoin vääriä mm lattia.
Sänky ok, ilmastoinnin riittävyys rajoilla.
Ruokailu vaihtoehdot, aamupala, ok.

Petit déjeuner décevant manque de qualité sur les plats proposés.

Hôtel clairement surcoté. À part l’emplacement, rien ne justifie le prix : chambres vieillottes, propreté limite (heureusement que le linge de lit et les serviettes étaient propres), insonorisation inexistante — on entend tout, toute la nuit. C’est plus une auberge pour fêtards qu’un vrai hôtel. Je plains sincèrement les femmes de ménage, il faut un sacré courage pour nettoyer derrière certains clients dans ces conditions. Bref, une grosse déception.

The location is central and very close to the beach. The breakfast spread was quite pleasant and had variety. However the ac absolutely did not work in the room. We visited during a heatwave, the air con would stop working at night on its own or the thermostat would not allow us to change the temperature. We literally were suffocated and suffered , unable to sleep all 4 nights which really impacted our over all experience
