Quarto antigo e limpeza do box banheiro como se não tivessem usado há bastante tempo .
Vazamento no banheiro .Molhava o banheiro todo após o banho ,pois os rejuntes(provavelmente ) estavam ruins

Um bom hotel,mas pelo valor poderia ser melhor.
Pros:

O staff é muito prestativo e simpático.A localização é boa,em uma rua segura e perto da Paulista.

Cons:

o isolamento acústico do quarto é muito ruim.Me parece não ter nenhum tipo de tratamento especial nas janelas,então o barulho da rua é muito alto e incomoda bastante dentro do quarto.

Frustration, I don’t recommend the hotel.
Pros:

One person at the reception the second day, he was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The receptionist the day we arrived, wasn’t helpful at all. Couldn’t talk proper English nor helpful, our pay with card didn’t work, it was 1am we suggested to give euro and in the morning bring the cash or whatever else solution, all she was saying was No. Zero communication, zero manners. We were so frustrated because of that.
The hotel itself if very old, rooms are old and needs renovation, the neighborhood isn’t animated neither.
