Os funcionários do restaurante são maravilhosos.

Cons:

Chegamos tarde da noite a recepcionista não conseguiu localizar nossa reserva, pedi para falar com gerente 2 x, ele sequer se o trabalho de vir falar conosco , não pedi para falar com o primeiro ministro da França .
A janela do banheiro quebrada , os lençóis e toalhas de rosto e de banho rasgados e com manchas suspeitas .
Nao valeu a pena .

Localização é o ponto forte. Perto da Paulista, bons restaurantes, etc.

Cons:

Hotel deixa muito a desejar. Café da manhã muito simples, descarga do banheiro muito fraca (inclusive ouvi um outro hóspede reclamando disso na recepção). O prédio tem 13 andares com unidades de hospedaria, e o 14º é a cobertura. Contudo, para chegar à cobertura, vc tem que descer no 13º e subir dois lances de escada, pois o elevador não vai à cobertura. Quem tem dificuldade de mobilidsde não consegue chegar lá, e, uma vez estando lá, piscina extremamente suja e, como havia chovido na noite anterior,, estava tudo alagado, pois os ralos não comportam a drenagem de água. Disse acima e repito: é um absurdo não ter um bebedouro na academia! Já fiquei em hotéis simples e mais sofisticados ao redor do mundo e este é o primeiro que vejo que nao oferece água.

Foi muito boa a hospedagem.
Pros:

O hotel é excelente. A localização é muito boa. Seguindo em frente por 3 quadras você chega a Av Paulista altura do masp.
O cafpe da manhã é excelente com mudanças diárias do couteúdo do cardápio.
O serviço de quarto também é muito bom e o restaurante excelente.
O conforto do quarto é excelente. Apartamentos amplos, cama confortável.
O banheiro possui um chuveiro com uma vazão excelente.

Cons:

O hotel não dividiu a conta pois disse que eu tinha reservado pelo booking. Sendo um valor alto, pois as diárias não são baratas, pode deixar o cliente em má situação ao não possuir o valor total para pagamento, o que podia ser feito em prestações.
