・外のホテルゴミ置場がゴミ山で溢れ､この地域エリアの雰囲気を壊した｡
・ゴミ置場後ろの ホテル敷地の雑草林が伸び放題で､近隣住宅スペースにも伸び入っている迷惑も放置状態｡雑草林伸び放題を伐採してなく､このエリアに相応しくないホテル全体の敷地の整理整頓やクリーンに､力が注がれてないホテルの管理が非常に残念｡
・部屋清掃が不十分｡
・部屋の照明が暗すぎる｡
・ホテル入口からフロントデスクに行くのに階段が不便｡その階段横にスーツケースなど荷物を載せる上下運動の機械は稼働してない｡

Good hotel, excellent staff but tired hotel fabric …
Pros:

The location, the available venue and room facilities, and above all the reception and bar/restaurant staff.

Cons:

Room fabric and fixings were tired and in need of refurbishment - en-suite sink basin was cracked, basin tap dripped and toilet seat was loose. Carpet was worn and paintwork was damaged in some places - especially door frames.

Tatty hotel but great location for the University

Comfy bed. EV Charging points in rear carpark. Great location for University.

Cons:

Attached to vibrant pub so can be noisy. Understaffed and staff surly. Hotel is tatty and need a complete re-vamp. Welcoming posset of cookies had no cookies in it - go figure. Breakfast buffet was a joke though cooked poached eggs OK. Brilliant location for the University but nothing would drag me back here at this price point. Used their charging points in the back carpark which was a plus.

Lovely old Hotel close to town and opposite the park and River Thames. Possibly improve the menu a little.

Love the location, opposite the park and easy 10 minute walk into Twickenham town centre.

Cons:

The menu isn’t as good as it used to be. It would be nice to have sandwiches or pizza , something to snack on especially whilst it has been so hot and the evenings are long and very warm, just to sit and snack and drink.

Loved the location and the biscuits,but need coffee pods replaced daily.

Location is outstanding. Biscuits delicious and a nice offering

Cons:

Room needs better lighting, coffee pods and milk replaced daily or provided. For the price paid I think breakfast should have been included. The shower very slippery, a non slip mat needed in my opinion.
