Great location for Twickenham with parking on site. Lovely views of the river and park from the room’s balcony. We had lots of windows in our room that could be individually opened for ventilation which is so nice in a hotel room. The room had a well stocked minibar with a fridge and tea and coffee. The TV was a good size and had Sky but was very difficult to operate as the remote control didn’t seem to work (we had to press buttons on the tv to operate it). Our second time staying here and both rooms were spacious and comfy.
Dated and difficult tv
The bed was a standard double and a bit soft at the edges so had to be careful not to roll out 😁
Very friendly staff and happy to help, also the room was very good and tge bed comfortable. The food was excellent I would recommend the stake and ale pie to all.
Parking at the front is a bit tight for access
Room was fine, check in was fine. The lighting in the bedroom was very poor - too dim. We could not read easily. Car park was useful.
We were disappointed at breakfast as the only member of staff on duty was talking on her telepohone on a private call and took a very long time to come and ask what we wanted for breeakfast. We then had to wait again to be given our coffee and had already had to go and remind her we were waiting. We do not feel this was acceptable.
Room was spacious & clean
Amenities in room good
Staff we're friendly
Ideal location for the rugby
Restaurant food was really good
Breakfast was good with lots of choice
Room could do with an update
Ie painting of rooms & fresh carpet
The location is very good. The outside would be a very pleasant place to have a drink in warmer weather.
Staff were not helpful, with the exception of Alfie. The room was not made up each day. The cushions on the bed were disgusting. The lighting was so dim that it was impossible to read except during the day by the window. The property looks very tired…chipped paint, chipped sink, floor in the bathroom coming loose. TV and safe had to be fixed. Thermostat in room didn’t work. 😟😩😟
Perfectly good room, nice bed linen and good bathroom. Didn't take advantage of food & drink available but the downstairs bar looked nice and menu seemed good. Nice coffee making facilities and water in room. Wi-Fi good. Easy to get an Uber to stadium or decent 30 mins walk.
Not particularly friendly or welcoming on arrival, no encouragement to use bar for dinner (may have). Some areas not that clean - dusty lamps and glasses although bathroom perfect. Perfectly adequate however. Probably not set up up as a work hotel - although there was a desk and well positioned plugs - lighting and hard chair made it less comfortable to work for hours! Think it would be a nice tourist hotel - especially in the summer (nice garden and easy walk)
Location to Twickenham stadium for the rugby

proximity was good for what I needed to do in Twickenham
The room was OK although the over stuffed chair was torn and tattered I thought that was not nice. And they didn’t ever clean the room properly. Didn’t refill coffee or tea, etc.. and to be honest the woman working the front office area/desk was rude.
It was cozy, well
Appointed and clean. Didn’t feel like an impersonal hotel chain
Dejlig beliggenhed ved Themsen og kort afstand til familien vi skulle besøge i Twickenham.
Alt OK
Great staff front of Housing back
Accommodating great rooms
