Pros:

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The rooms, restaurants and bars are fabulous. The staff were amazing. Really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was really good too. I would totally recommend the hotel.

A very convenient and comfortable stay with great service.
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming person at reception. Equally helpful guys in the dining area. Good service all round. Excellent, freshly cooked breakfast. Easy onsite parking. Great location. Builders were onsite but our refurbished room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Completely understandable, but the builders' cabins obscured the view of the river. But, hey, you can't make an omelette without breaking eggs. I'm sure the temporary inconvenience will improve the hotel experience.

A very pleasant stay!
Pros:

The rooms are beautifully renovated, the beds are extremely comfortable, and everything is very clean. The restaurant offers delicious food—the Sunday roast was excellent, as was its veggie version. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely come back and highly recommend both the hotel and the pub on the ground floor to everyone.

Lovely place in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. It’s in immaculate condition too

Cons:

On this occasion, we had a room directly over where works had been taking place that day. The smell of oil paint lingered into the room and was over powering over night. If we’d have been there longer we would have e asked for another room.

Good quality, well located hotel in Twickenham
Pros:

Location was excellent for our purpose of visiting local relatives. Breakfast was very good with a range of cooked options available. Convenient, on site covered car parking.

Cons:

The room had been recently upgraded but one sash window was stuck and the other one wouldn't stay open. An employee manage to open the stuck one and provided books to keep both windows open.

It was a lovely stay.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and charming. Nicely appointed and appreciated the drinking water, shortbread, iron and board, and shower products. The food was delicious, convenient, and reasonably priced.

Cons:

My only criticism is 2 things about the bathroom. There was not an electrical outlet in the bathroom so I couldn’t use the blow dryer in the bathroom. Also, there was no exhaust fan or window to open, so it was very foggy after shower.

Not quite perfect, but I'd certainly come again.
Pros:

comfortable and well-appointed room (if a little over-designed!); friendly and helpful staff; unexpected balcony with view to the river; no inconvenience from the building works; silent aircon; good beer; charming hand-written welcome postcard. Excellent location for Strawberry Hill House. I'd certainly come again.

Cons:

The large TV had poor or zero reception on most channels; no bathroom mat; disappointing 'full English' breakfast - rock-hard black pudding appeared to have been toasted!
