Pros:

High quality amenities; perfect serving; incredible breakfast; friendly and helpful staff; spacious room; good location; easily accesible place; calm neighborhood. Good conditioning system when cold and wet.

Cons:

Water taps could be arrange to save water as the flow rate is too high. Could be served not only so much of eggs for breakfast though it was a very impressive serving. The light in the room was not acceptable to read. Could be served to rent bikes!

Excellent Four Star Pub with great river views and high end food.
Pros:

Lovely setting on River Thames that hotel does not highlight.
Restautant was excellent - especially Breakfast.
Excellent co-ordination pf Taxis and Rides to Heathrow.

Cons:

TV was not NOT working in my room for my entire stay.
Staff were well aware of the ongoing lack of TV service - but did not offer a discount when requeated.

A comfortable and spacious room and lovely breakfast in a stylish, light-filled space.
Pros:

Lovely big room, very comfortable bed, tea/coffee and snacks provided.
The restaurant was a lovely space for breakfast and the food itself of good quality, nicely cooked and presented .

Cons:

The room was a bit tired/scruffy in places ... especially the bathroom.

The location. A comfortable room for a couple of nights but could have been cleaner, considering that it was a superior double room.

Cons:

Nasty stain on an armchair, chipped wash basin, not all of the porthole windows were lockable from the inside and dirty grouting in the shower.

The family room was spacious, neat and quiet.

Cons:

We prearranged a 2 o'clock check-in for 2 of the family rooms we booked but on arrival no instruction were noted on the system despite triple checking with this male member of staff. After our engagement we went back to the hotel for a drink and the young barman was exceptionally rude!

Our air-conditioning also did not work during this exceptional heat!

Just what we needed
Pros:

Great location and lovely restaurant
Air con was much appreciated this hot week end

Cons:

Had to wait a while and go and find someone for reception a couple of times, but staff helpful
