This hotel is a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good. There was hot water and still heating (March 2026).

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at this hotel was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the property is poorly maintained and lacks basic hospitality standards.

The Room

The room was incredibly dirty and felt neglected.

Specifically:

Hygiene: There was visible mould on the bathroom ceiling, and the window was filthy.

Maintenance: The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the curtains were torn and stained, and the heated towel rack was broken. Even the room "number" was just a piece of paper taped to the door.

Amenities: Despite booking a double room, I was provided with only one single-sized blanket and one pillow. To make matters worse, the towels provided were old and had holes in them.

Service and Staff

The reception staff were cold and unfriendly, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest.

Breakfast

The breakfast was appalling. It looked like the cheapest possible cold cuts from a discount supermarket (like Netto) just thrown onto a plate. The vegetables were not fresh, and the coffee was practically undrinkable.

There was blood on my sheets and towels when I arrived and I enquired about getting a different room but they didnt facilitate, just changed the sheets and that was that. The room was also small and adjacent rooms were very loud.

Posizione molto vicina alla metro, in una zona piena di ristoranti. Stanza spaziosa e silenziosa, comoda per una famiglia di 3 persone. Letto confortevole.

Preis/Leistung stehen in sehr gutem Verhältnis!
Pros:

Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Das Hotel selbst, Nähe zur U-Bahn, Schiffsanleger am Landwehrkanal, viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten, reservierbarer Parklatz und sehr freundliches Personal. Beim nächsten Mal in Berlin wieder hier!

Cons:

Hier könnte man höchstens den Frühstückstaum nennen, in dem es etwas eng zugeht. Dafür sitzt es sich im Außenbereich ganz prima. Das Frühstück selbst ist nicht üppig, aber absolut ausreichend.
